An announcement from the Krönlanden
Saintsday 24, Redfall, 1553
To all noble families and loyal subjects of the Empire,
It is with great honor and gratitude that I acknowledge the esteemed service of my brother, Prinz Karl, who acted as Regent of the Herzogdom of the Krönlanden during my time of illness. His leadership has been steadfast and unwavering, and as a token of my appreciation, I am pleased to bestow upon him the Markgraffdom von Hölzland and the noble estate of Schlöss Rosenberg. This estate shall serve as his seat, in recognition of his dedication and stature as a Prinz des Hadrianischer Reiches.
In addition, I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to Ser Markvart von Herdorf, who has served as the previous Markgraff von Hölzland with great loyalty and valor. Though he steps down from his landed position, his contributions to the Empire shall not be forgotten. In recognition of his exemplary service, Ser Markvart shall henceforth bear the title of "Gräf." Despite no longer holding direct lordship over the land, he remains a noble figure in the eyes of the Crown, his legacy secured.
May this arrangement further strengthen the bonds of our Empire, and may all who serve continue to do so with honor and dedication.
