To the Esteemed members of the Greifengarde and the wider populace,
It is with a heavy heart that I address you on the tragic loss of one of your own, a loyal squire whose courage and devotion to our Herzogdom and the Crown have left an indelible mark upon us all.
The fallen squire was more than a shield to his knight, he was a man of courage and conviction. Known for his talent as a cook under Reichsmarshall Vianden and his unyielding loyalty as a trusted government official, he carried out his duties with pride and a spirit that inspired those around him. In his final moments, he sought to avenge an act of treachery, sacrificing his life in defense of his Knight's honor.
To honor his bravery and unwavering loyalty, I hereby posthumously bestow upon him the title of Ser, recognizing his valor as a true Ritter of the Empire. Furthermore, I grant him the Brüderlicher Orden der Treue, the Brotherly Order of Loyalty war medal, in recognition of his ultimate sacrifice and steadfast dedication to the Greifengarde and the values we hold dear.
May his memory serve as a beacon of strength and unity for the Greifengarde and for all who protect the Herzogdom der Krönlanden und des Hadrianischer Reiches. His sacrifice shall not be forgotten, and his legacy shall live on in the hearts of his brothers and sisters in arms.
May Alder guide his soul to eternal peace.
