THE 9TH GATHERING OF THE ESTATES GENERAL
Citizens of the Republic, as a people we stand to face many challenges. However there are also many opportunities we can take to rise above it all.
The 9th session of the Estates General will be held to discuss and solve many issues that plague the Republic and new chances.
Proceedings
The Stadhouder has written the following proposals for the Estates General to vote on for the security of the Republic
1. The Stadtholder wishes the Estates General to agree to reaffirm the Republics effort in ridding Republic Lands of the trolls who occupy the abandoned fortress in the Rivierenland.
2. The Stadtholder would plead for a change in tax policy, and or a hefty sum of donations to fund future Republic errands.
3. The Stadtholder would give an introduction to the preliminary Land Reform Act.
4. The Stadtholder would ask permission of the Estates General to Ratify future diplomatic meetings with the Remnants of the Denur, to be futher explained in a closed session of the Estates General.
5. The Gravendrecht II Cabinet might be introduced, and voted uppon.
6. Would Establish the Order of the Raeven and name Reynold Norinn as its first Grand-Master
7. Would welcome the Guards of the Faithfull as Citizens of Raevendrecht
8. Would seek an investment and discussion on the subject of culture
9. Would discuss the value of the Trading Organisation

Discussion point: Additional public works projects in the newer portions of the city, including another town bell and a bounty board.
1. Raevendrecht has recently grown from a small settlement into a sprawling Norland metropolis. We need to properly maintain the new parts of the city just as much as the older parts to keep our citizens safe.
2. An additional town bell in the newer portion of the city would allow us to respond quicker to a potential threat. I suggest giving a second bell a different name than the first one to allow us to identify where the alarm is coming from.
3. A bounty board would allow us to record and identify specific threatening individuals that pose a danger to the citizens of the Freestate. It would also allow the Black Lotus Guild and the Grand Army to post bounties at their leisure.

1. The Estates General have the rights over the economy of the republic but we don't have public information about the treasury
2. The treasury, taxes, earnings and payouts should be public to the citizens to be able to vote accordingly.
