For the first time since the creation of the Empire, a Grand Council is called. The Kaiser invites you all to the Imperial Palace in Adelsburg to discuss the state of the realm, as well as to fill holes in our current government structure. The topics of our meeting shall be, but not limited to:

The ghoul infestation that haunts the provinces Hertzland and Flüssland, and is in need of eradication.

The letter sent to us by the Hoch Elfen concerning the Lord of Bones, and to assess the danger this voidal entity faces to our realm.

The current state of the Imperial Army, and how to improve such, as well as finding new leadership for it.

The transformation of such a Grand Council into a forum for citizens as to substitute our Kaiser's Court, and give the Hadrian people a say in our policy.

All those in attendance are free to bring forth their own topics for discussion, we shall shy away from no subject.
