To all citizens of Aerial and the surrounding lands,
With the glorious ascension of Aeri’cill Klepsydra to the throne of Luminion, an age of purpose is upon us now. We, the people of Aerial, now stand at the threshold of this blessed era, and it is with reverence and hope that we step forward together.
In this spirit of unity and devotion, and to ensure that all may rise to meet the promise of this new age, the following decrees are set forth:
- All Azari’cill who have not yet undertaken the Test of Enlightenment are kindly requested to present themselves to a Priest or Priestess of the Temple at their earliest opportunity.
- All individuals of the following kindreds, Azari’cerr, Azari’lunn, Dur’arum, Vari, Ghesiri, and De’nevir, are graciously summoned to attend the Palace at their earliest convenience, so that their place in the bright future of Aerial may be affirmed.
Those who willfully disobey or seek to evade this declaration shall be subject to arrest and trial. Any who separate themselves from the unity of the flock shall be regarded as outcasts, and where wrongdoing is found, justice shall be rendered in accordance with the laws of the realm. The will of the Aeri’cill is the will of the people.
