An Apology:
As a respond to the recent request by the the Azari'cill, Azari'cerr and Denur nations for the United Provinces of Wakkerdam to respect the neutrality of their sovereign nations and keep them out of this conflict the Stadhouder on behalf of the Staten Generaal that will ratify this proclamation, officially apologizing to the Kingdom of Luminion, the Tiefling Nation of Nous and all other attendants to the festivity, including the Azari'cerr and Denur. The sovereign nation of The United Provinces wishes to re-assure to the attended nations that the actions commited to the Kingdom of Veronia with the capture of Queen Wendelin de Augassi weren't at all connected to their respective nations. As it was a lone act by the United Provinces targetting the Kingdom of Veronia. To re-assure the neutrality and to maintain the safety of the eastern nations the United Provinces offers the Kingdom of Luminion a border guard at the western end of the tunnel between the Hinterlands and the Glade of Dragons.

In addition news has broken that the bloodshed between the United Provinces has also reached on the North with the capture of Czar Krzystof-Jan Tzryrnowski after he entered Alessandria without malicious intent. As both Wakkerdam and Alessandria now hold two respected political prisoners we want to re-discuss our previous ransom offer that has been made on the release of Queen Wendelin de Augassi. This offer will comply the following terms:
On peacetalks:
The mutual release of all prisoners, including Krystof-Jan, Wendelin and presumably the captured Pasha Enderwood and any and all prisoners Wakkerdam still holds belonging to the Kingdom of Veronia. We then wish to return to peacetalks and to re-assure these talks will remain peaceful we wish to abandon our claim for the temporary occupation of Ceril's Keep in return for the Veronian Queen. To show our good-will to the Azari'cill who we want to assure were not involved in the capture of Queen Wendelin de Augassi we request the Kingdom of Luminion to oversee peacetalks between the United Provinces and the Kingdom of Veronia to put an end to the useless bloodshed and back and forth between our nations and re-establish political relations. As of this letter we have commanded the armies of Wakkerdam to cease any aggressive military action against Veronia awaiting the reply of this request, we wish to re-assure you that any rogue actions committed by United Provinces soldiery will be punished if committed. With this olive branche we seek to end the tensions that have sadly lead our nations to war and de-escalate the situation with a white peace.

I just want to add that the course of this war has sadly contributed to a lot of toxicty from both sides, which we have tried to avoid. In this regard I think that it is wise to re-evaluate the course of events that lead up to this point and then maybe look with server staff on how they can be avoided in the near future as to have more closely monitored war RP, this server is still in its testing and trying out days. So I hope that in due time we can create an environment where war is a fun activity for all sides involved that should go down in Eden's/server history.
