Suggestion Downloadable Server Resource Pack

Hello! This is just a QOL suggestion, but would be really convenient to have a server resource pack that we can download. Reason being that to relog takes some time; when joining the pack loads and when leaving it 'unloads'. It's just a bit inconvenient, and having something to shave off some of that wait would be nice, especially if you've bad wifi

That works, just keep in mind that we update the resource pack from time to time without notice.

Tech Team time is very limited but I wish to eventually have a single URL where always the most recent version of the resource pack can be downloaded. Extremely limited time is also the reason for the slow response, sorry about that.
