Exposing the Iomarach line, and their despicable grip on Hadrian royalty.

[!] Pieces of parchments would be displayed throughout the Hadrian Empire. In particularly on the palace door, the Adelsburg Cathedral, all notice boards, the court of law, taverns, libraries and trees along the country roads.

26. HARVESTDAY, GOLDSCOARCH 1528

It has been with great sorrow, that I have seen the Emperor get buried under Iomarach might in the last few years. This wrongful balance of power is something that I can no longer be silent about. No longer can I look at my Emperor being controlled by strings, thrown around like a puppet, serving the deceitful family that resides in Bergwood.

As one might have seen throughout our Empire, the unmannered Leod Iomarach and his family have been claiming the power of institutes around our lands. How can it be, that a man and family so lacking grace and chivalry have been granted a places among loyal servants like Ser Cedric Reinhardt, I often ask myself. And the answer to that question is simple. Our Emperor, Philip Wilhelm II has let this deceitful family claim the power that was rightfully his. While Talbot, brother of Leod, rests on the seat of Lord Envoy, the rest of the Iomarach family has made great work of claiming high-standing positions within our Empire.

For example our court of law. The court of law has been taken over by the Iomarachs, with their sister taking the reigns over our laws and their prosecution. And that is not for the better, since Etain Iomarach has been installed at the court of law, the streets of Adelsburg have been filled with violent crimes, something both law and our pitiful military can't deal with. Not to forget their actions to decapitate the Makerist church, leaving us with no servants of our so holy religion. And to make matters worse, even the hospital is under their command. With long-time traitor of the Hadrian crown, the now-called Celestine Brickenden-Iomarach has taken the reins of our medical institute.

The strings of power all connect back to the epicenter of trouble in Bergwood. Now I might hear the reader think that this is troubling, but the news I am about to display might be troubling tenfold.

Leod Iomarach and Philip Wilhelm II were not always on good terms. Some of you might remember the day that our Emperor seemed to be locked inside the hospital, that day on which our Emperor lost a leg and his eye, not only he but also our nation would become crippled. The injuries that caused this major turn of events, were caused by none other than a red-haired man in a funny-looking skirt.

It was Leod Iomarach that with his steel almost took the life of our-beloved Emperor before his loyal servants took up arms to defend him. Almost killing Leod in the process. But on that night Leod was magically saved, it might be explained by dark magic, but the details of it are unclear. What is clear is that those loyal servants that so valiantly saved the Emperor's life, have been told to keep silent about the truth. But it is the truth that our people deserve.

So why is it that Leod, the man who almost killed, and seriously crippled the Emperor and our nation is back in the grace of his Majesty? Why is it that our Empire is hostage under the power of a deceitful family in Bergwood? And why is it that we are letting a coup take place, without taking action?

Because loyal servants of the Hadrian crown I tell you, in a few years time the crown will be that of a usurper.

Chances are that the Iomarachs and the Emperor will try everything in their power to suppress the spread of this information.
If they do, and won't provide a proper response and appropriate explanation of the situation to the people of Adelsburg and the greater Empire at large.
Then the royal family and their traitorous puppet masters force my hand once more, and I will be compelled to expose some more of the inner secrets of this circle.

Micaiah looks out his windows. Crimes? What Crimes? Etain BAAKO has been doing a good job, with the execution of Henry the Cultist.. Micaiah seems unable to pinpoint any crimes, therefore relieved that the document is false and untrue.

"You're blaming Talbot for taking the position of Lord Envoy... isn't the Kaiser's fault; everyone voted Talbot and Celestine into their positions. If anything, it's your fault Whistler-blower for not voting someone else in."

Philipp Wilhelm von Lichtenfelts was making his usual stroll along Adelsburg as a very colourful letter appeared before him. Philipp always liked to read about what his citizens were doing, so he read it with haste. He could not help but chuckle at the contents of the letter, some form of exposé on him and his family. He had a faint idea who had written it, but he was not mad, simply glad that the person in question had shown their true colours. A spineless, anonymous letter, full of falsehoods and lack of insight. Philipp figured he would let the people read this, his people are intelligent enough to see through the lies of a coward.

And so, Philipp continued on his stroll, his mood not dampened. He'd whistle that same old Attian tune he always did, and he could not wait to show everyone this farce.

Uỻa was passing by the tavern on the road out of Bergwood when the large poster tacked to the tavern wall caught her eye. As she scanned through it, she couldn't help but feel almost offended by the level of speculation and paranoia on display. She'd shake her head and spit on the ground before snort-laughing. She looked over her shoulder as the Iomharach's approached, beckoning them to the poster before making her way off.

Pete strolled along the usual path he takes along his and his brother's tavern in Bergwood. Noticing a new paper just jammed on the side of his building, Pete walks towards it and inspects it. "Well, ain't this a weird sight to be seen." Pete carefully and slowly reads the letter as it's filled with big words. Thoughts swirl in his head about who might have written such hateful and untrue words.

One person stands clear in his mind as he recalled the other day, the two people who had stepped into his tavern seemed awfully suspicious as of the moment.

Alinor would walk past the Adelsburg library, he’d notice the parchment on the door and would begin reading it. “Seems like the Scots are at it again.” he’d look around before continuing to read the parchment, he’d wonder to himself “Who would’ve wrote this?” He’d then walk into the tavern as thoughts filled his mind.

Fenro Glynwarin stared onto the poster which seemed to be stuck onto the Adelsburg tavern, tearing it off to read it with a gigantic grin on his face. Letting out quite the chuckle as he finished reading through it, placing it back where he found it. Wiping his hands with a cloth. "Impures fighting their own kind, how beautiful." He'd mumble to himself, taking a mental note of the parchment; ensuring to relay it back, walking off

Constantly scanning over the parchment as she sat in the library, Yryanil pored over the contents of the exposé. She already had one person in mind who could've written it. Regardless of the identity of it's maker, the contents made her scoff with agitation. To her, the letter read as the squabbles of someone who constructed their own nonsensical truth to justify their own hatred, a childish affair fueled by envy. She pitied the writer on a basic level. Rolling up the parchment, she keeps it secured in her files, just in case it might be needed for anything.

She makes note to tear down any others she happens to come across.

Gaerth da Batl' 'Ardened was hunched over one of the many whetstones scattered around the forges of Zadh-Nadrozz, sharpening his blade, when a goblin stumbled into the hot room. "Bozz!" the goblin called out. "'Ave a look at diz, aye?" the tiny green creature shrieked out while attempting to catch his breath, holding up a piece of parchment.

"Hmmm?" Gaerth grumbled as he slowly stepped away from the whetstone. "Sum'en the maffah?" he'd grunt before his eyes fell on the parchment.
After carefully laying his blade down on an unused anvil he'd quickly move over to the goblin, snatching the piece of paper out of its tiny hands.
His eyes grew slightly wider as he read the contents of the letter, though a wicked grin would quickly form on his face.
"Fehkin' 'ell. Dat Leod lad 'z kauzin' sum shoit 'gain, iz 'e? 'N da weak 'umiez dun 'ave dah sloightezt 'ow tah deal wiff 't!" He'd roar as a bellowing laugh of enjoyment escaped his mouth.
After regaining his composure he'd crumble the piece of parchment into a little ball and threw it into one of the many fires that lit the room.
"Thank yerr, lad. Ya kan leave 'gain now." the orc shoo'd the goblin away, turning around and returning his attention to his blade, all the while grinning widely.

Ashlyn Astaseul would be walking around town as she'd notice a poster on the wall of the tavern. Her expression would shift as she'd read through it, Finally ripping it out, walking into the tavern and throwing it into the fire. "This is absurd." She'd sigh in frustration as she'd walk out of the tavern, making a note to tear down any others of the sort that she sees.

Leod MacBrennus read the poster as the charming Denur lady pointed it out to him, then he laughed. He continued laughing as he walked to Adelsberg, stopping briefly on the way to prevent, as he oft did and doubtless oft would to come, a violent crime, defending a citizen of this great empire from a mugging before joining his good buddy KAISER PHILIPP WILHELM THE SECOND to attend the festival.

Zhen Dhelvin snatched a paper from the Adelsburg Bulletin Board before settling down near Modraz Logh to read it. A grin appears on his face as he finishes reading the pamphlet, and he titters to himself as he folds it up and puts it in his satchel. "While I am amused by the idea of the Hadrians tearing themselves apart, the Kaiser's far too smart to let that happen, and more than a little paranoid. Whoever this person is better not reveal themselves, if they value their tongue." He says to himself, before returning home to file the pamphlet in his desk.
