What is the definition of a rat? A rat is a traitor, conceive planner or physical participator. They do not sell secrets for wealth, or power. They betray the trust of their people and family, in the hopes to save their own cowardly ass, as that what makes a rat, a fucking rat.

It comes with utmost disappointment that I announce this news to the rest of this continent. However, it is not only my responsibility to do so, but my duty as a warrior against the undead and a soldier of life itself to warn others of this scandal which has been under investigation for a number of months. The recent burst of sympathizers which has been linked to the rise of the Bonelord has caused the Death Watch to search far and wide to seek these individuals and smoke them out, in the name of Eden itself. Little did we know, that one was hiding right under our noses. Veredra von Lichtenfelts. A Degenerate, committing public antics which are simply put as distasteful in order to mask who she really is. A Woman who pretends to be calculative, yet Death Watch has figured out her angle. A Woman who tries to be a pathetic master manipulator, yet all the tales are being brought to the light now. A Woman which originally never wished for a war against the Bonelord, until her hand was forced.

A Difficult truth for us to follow but a reality which we must accept for the world to heal. There is absolutely no tolerance for those who side with the forces of undead irrelevant of ranking. From the lowest peasant to the Kaiserin herself. She has been caught making dealings with the Demon who rules the cursed land of Catamora, where further investigations have shown that this very demon is known for creating pacts with individuals for them to act as his informers, spies and attack dogs. As a result, Death watch has decreed that not only Veredra is a sympathizer of the forces of evil, but she also has personal ties with this demon.

It is no coincidence that this has all been revealed under the constellation of the Rat. A sign of Rot, as in great faith we believe this to be the working of Alder himself, weeding out those who are harmful to Eden. He works in mysterious ways to protect us, but his judgment is what shall save us from the blight that haunts our home. To those who doubt the legitimacy of these words, keep one thing in mind. I myself, fight on the very front lines against the entity which enslaves souls in bodies of the undead to do his bidding. I have made it my life mission to purge those of Necromatic ties from this world. History repeats itself as a wise man once said, as this would not be the first time a wicked witch seduced her way to power, causing Eden to plunge into an era of darkness. The Truth shall set us free.

Your loyal subject,
Zladimir de Tiri.
Markgraf of Flussland
Knight of the Golden Rose Order
Death Watch

A Following addenda would then be added to such..

1717374955200.png

And with such, the next announcement is due.

House de Tiri will no longer be in the service of the forever cursed House von Lichtenfelts. We will never submit nor fight for a Kaiserin which has whore'd herself out to the Demons of Eden. From here on out, Death Watch decrees as House von Lichtenfelts as an enemy to Eden, and an enemy to the living. Each member of such will be given a chance to redeem themselves and surrender their name to the books of history. Until then, The Region of Flussland will be considered Independent from the Hadrian Empire itself. Lunburg shall no longer be called such, as the name carries a heavy stain. A Stain which was left by the Rovelts, and further dampened by the Witch that sits on the Empire's throne. This shall not effect our war against the undead, as we plan to hold strong as we were, and drive back the Bonelord to back where he came from.

Hence, Lunburg shall now be known as the Principality of Volgrad.

All grieviences with the Kingdom of Luminion, are forgiven.
All grieviences with the Empire of Mitrona, are forgiven.
All grievances with the Sultunate, are forgiven.
All grievances with the Arduan Kingdom, are forgiven.
All grievances with the tribe of Zadh, are forgiven.
All grievances with the Library of Thyst, are forgiven.

The first path of redemption is simple. A Demand launched by House de Tiri. If this is not met, then direct action will be taken.

- Veredra von Lichtenfelts is to hand herself over to House de Tiri for execution.

Placing her eyes on the declaration the tiefling formed a grin as she read through it "Bold mov'.." she spoke out in amusement before placing a hand on her hip, her gaze wandering over the streets of the so called enlightened city she resided in "Well m's Li'nvel's, th'ccusat'ons're'n ye nèw." Nowù then followed up before shrugging "Le's'ee who's truth'll 'nd'p 'n th'books's th'truth." she stated finally as she wandered back home to continue her newfound hobby of beekeeping. Even walking nukes need some hobby.

As he walked out of the keep, he noticed the paper Zladimir was hanging up, taking a moment to read through it all. The longer he read the more he had to laugh, enjoying the how the situation kept evolving. "You could have at least not made that side remark... We left no stain." A bit more amused now he watched as Zlad walked off, before he himself turned back around.

The Khari’cerr picks up the piece of paper that is handed to her on her throne. She finally has the courage to read common all by herself! And so she does. The leader seems slightly intrigued, but she deadpans at the end. “Wi cire forgiven? Oh, really, now?… we didn’t ask for forgiveness. Ba’kin okay.” The Khari’cerr ordered a guard over. Her voice firm, “Eh, burn this one. And burn any of the others you see within Mitrona. Wi do’tarr wish to hear of this slop.”

OOC: I’m rooting for you Jo, this does not represent my oocly feelings pwp

A skeletal hand reaches for the paper brought to him by his trusted servents. From the assassin's hip a bloody sword was hanging, it was clear he came from an executed job, his reward shall be given once the Arch-Lich was done reading. With a simple movement of his hand, he excused the being from his room, leaving him alone to read. Reading that starting to bring a smile to his non-existant face, a smile that slowly turned inti a chuckle, then to laughter, echoing through the entire voidal keep. "Oh these fragile beings..." Mordazzan mused. "They win a single battle and instantly turn on one another... " He placed the paper down and looked out of his window, towards the city of Adelsburg that set so close, and yet so far, protected by the Spine. "Our enemies will see the failure such a hubris will bring on them" Mordazzan would have smiled if he would have had a face.

Apollon would be sitting beside the pit, leisurely drinking tea beside some of the other citizen's of Mitrona. His eyes traced the words with, little surprise. However, as his eyes crossed the lines claiming forgiveness and a demand of execution- He'd of spat his tea into the pit below him, coughing. "Apologies, I just read something incredible." He'd utter sarcastically to those nearby, burning up the paper in his hand.

"I never wanted this..."
"I never wanted to unleash my Death Watch"
"Together we raised the ships of the orcs"
"But you.... betrayed me.. you betrayed us ALL"
"YOU STOLE POWER FROM THE VOID AND LIED TO YOUR NOBLES"
"HADRIANA HAS ONE CHANCE TO PROSPER, AND IF YOU WONT TAKE IT, VEREDRA, THEN I WILL"

As Manuel was seated in his castle, He looked out the window with his hands clasped behind his back before his Servant would walk up the stairs. "S-Sir.. du have ein letter from ze Herr de Tiri." Manuel turned around as he raises an eyebrow at the servant before motioning forward to give him the letter. He slowly unfolds the letter as he reads through it. His eyes went wide as he read the first sentence but it went only worse and worse for him as he reads the letter further. "I-.. zat ist Impossible...! It ist nicht.. true.. is it..?" He muttered to himself before his hand clenches into a fist as he grabbed a chair and threw it against the wall "DAMMIT VEREDRA!" He let out a frustrated shout in the room before he took a deep breath as he recollected his thoughts "Even I didn't went this crazy.. I only conspired with ze Faulskins.. und-.. well. I did.. but nobody has to know that..." He grinned as he told his servant to prepare his horse for a journey

Aldarian was on his way to Sapherum port after he waved his farewell to the Therri'cill and the two Vari's with it. As he entered Sapherum port, a Guard quickly approached him and handed him a letter. "Letter for you, Pricecilus.. It's from the Vari Empire.." Aldarian laughed as he waved his hand dismissively not interest in Vari politics, He went up into his tower and placed the letter on his desk.. however curiousity got the best of him as he eventually opened the letter and read through it. He felt a mixure of happiness but rather conflicted. He wasn't sure whenever this would be good news for him or bad news. For his possible Trial in Court. "At last.. I was right afterall.. but Catamora of all of them? Seems.. like we've got a handful of things to discover.. perhaps.. it's time to pay a visit to my little reptile Filo.." He chuckled to himself as he put the letter back to his desk and took a seat behind his desk eventually, he wasn't sure how to progress this for the time being.

Wisteria, a burned-out woman, has not been heard from for days, in total at least two or three years by now, filled with nothing but an anchor of sadness for her sister, who has once again fallen and yet can't or won't get up.

Lying in her bedroom, as she rested in her bed as if she had fallen ill from some type of plague, her maid rushed into her room, handing her a copy of the announcement.

With a cigar nestled between her lips, she stared at the letter.

"Hmm... Once again," she mumbled, not with anger, nor with disgust, but with a refreshing sigh of relief.

"Ashlyn, how you would stare in disgust at this letter."

Rolling up the paper nicely once again, she handed it back to her maid, a grin growing on her face.

"Wrap it up nicely now, and leave my room at once. I have a Job to do."

Ike was outside, humming cheerfully as he tended to a small red tulips garden, his eyes half-closed in contentment– Mindlessly caring for the vibrant and lively flowers.
Suddenly, a chomky, green bird swooped down, dropping a note at his feet.
“Hm? Oh– Thank ya, cher.” Ike commented, scratching the bird affectionately before letting it fly off wherever it pleased. He picked up the note and began to read. His eyes traced the words once– Surprise flickering across his face. He read it twice and then thrice.

...

That day, the neighbors could hear someone incredibly loud cackling, accompanied by screaming,
“OH MY FUCKIN’ GOD, THIS CAN’T BE REAL! THAT FUCKER OWES ME ONE HUNDRED ANDROS!– BAHAHAHA!”

Faroz would be passing through the Hadrian lands before seeing the notice. His only thought in his slightly insane history-focused brain was “Catamora? I’ve got to follow this thread. I’ve got jack shit on the ruins and this is the break through I need.”

As the sun set, a man slowly walked down the road toward Lunburg softly humming as he continued to wander throughout the small town. Upon walking he brought himself toward the notice board, "Something new, hm." The man muttered as he reached up to tear the notice down gently. As his pale blue eyes treaded across each sentence his smile only grew before his gaze lazily made its way toward the keep. A light sigh escaped him while he moved to pin the notice back up, "Finally they're after the right person, I knew Zlad would see the true evil." The Rovelt grumbled as he reached up to rub at his eye before he made his way down another path. As he dragged his feet down the path he glanced behind his shoulder once more, commenting, "I wonder if I will ever be seen as innocent again." With those words uttered he descended further down the path and into the deep woods.

Wilhelm reads through a notice he'd received from a servant, his frown and confusion growing with each passing word. He reads it again, and a third time, just to be sure of its contents, before slowly lowering the paper. He thinks back to only a few nights ago when he met Zladimir's toddler, ate and drank alongside him and his comrades, and congratulated him on the recent Bone Lord victory; he thinks back to when he expressed his eagerness to get out there and help fight with the living... and his heart sinks.

"What... terrible accusations to make." The boy whispers, slowly lowering the paper. "Mein Muter vould never..." He shakes his head, and sinks into the seat by the fire, his nerves ignited. "He preached about how ve must come together to fight zis threat, and zhen..."

The boy seems genuinely disheartened.
"Vhat a disappointment."
