By order of the Imperator Matthias Joseph of house Withmond, the imperial law of ''derogation'' will be implemented on the 21st of Fireday, Firstseed, 1525. This means all noble or royal families that are named in this document shall be stripped of any noble titles. Any land they owned and rights revoked and given back to the state.
After the sad passing of King Krzystof-Jan Tzyrnowski of the Kingdom of Ràdymie, also known as the northern state of Ràdymie, his wife, Queen Celestine Serena Tzyrnowski-Brickenden, was given the lands to safeguard the north against the evils from the cursed swamp.
However, due to the heritage of the Lady and the downfall of both the Tzyrnowski family and the Kingdom of Ràdymie, the northern kingdom shall be fully inherited by the empire, becoming the northern state of Ràdymie in full, and Lady Celestine, her title of Queen, shall be taken. Instead, she shall be appointed to Lady of nobility, and the Tzyrnowski heritage ends with the passing of her husband.
Lady Celestine Serena Brickenden shall henceforth be known as a Lady of the Imperial court and council, ruling the lands of the Ràdymie state as the "Lady Of The North". The Imperators word says it.
