Very much so. I'm still trying to get to the bottom of it myself, but apparently the 'Lunn did something that really ticked off the rest of the elves, and so both the 'Cill and the 'Cerr have a grudge against them.

Jesus dude, read the wiki. Or at least the relevant sections. Otherwise you won't be familiar with the lore at all and probably won't be accepted

Like I'm sorry if I'm coming across as rude but this server does require some basic understanding of what's happening and the surrounding world to be playable, and it's not a vanilla Minecraft kind of experience. It's /very/ text-based. Reading the guides is going to help you a lot more than asking stuff on the forums

Most nations have citizenship forms and such available on their Discord server, but some nations like Mitrona need citizenship to be gained through roleplay.

As for making a village, that’s an extremely expensive process that requires certain forms to be filled out as well as a general public interest
