Of Harm And Healing​

To the Hadrian Crown,

I write to inform you of the regrettable injury Prinz Wilhelm has recently sustained while in our lands. Klepsydra Theris and myself were scouting an area of interest located within the Dominion's lands, and upon my arrival Prinz Wilhelm had shown himself, self-electing to journey with Klepsydra. Following a brief exchange as the nature of his presence within our lands, we three continued on and encountered a nest of Kobolds. My people have had a combatitive history with the Kobolds, and after attempts were made to resolve the issue with peace, blows were exchanged and blood first drawn by the Kobolds. Though well equipped, we were not expecting the capabilities nor the size of the group in which we encountered, and were forced to stand our grand or all be killed. After a drawn out fight, the remaining Kobolds fled in fear and the day was won. However, midst the fray, Prinz Wilhelm charged forward into their front lines where their casters were, and was subsequently attack with pyromantic magic. He fought valiantly, removing both the head and arm of a Kobold before falling, and our company worked to safely escort him back to our capital. He now rests, alive and well in Luminion, but sustains heavy burns. His life was saved by one of, if not our top biomancer, Faiir Chamaire, who we extend our symapthies to.

The Prinz remains in need of rest if he is to heal, and Klepsydra Theris has taken to overseeing his recovery personally. Upon his recovery we will see him returned to Avalheim safely. In the meantime, the recent interaction between one of the Empire's highest and strongest representatives, has offered us a moment of reflection, and as he heals, so too do we hope the bonds between the Empire and the Dominion may be restored to norm. It is with this notice that we extend a new invitation to Prinz Karl to return to the capital of Luminion where further discussion can be had as to the renewal of bonds between the two great countries. While these negotiations occur, we should hope to not find any more unknown Hadrian-armored individuals travelling about our lands, given the current state of affairs between the two countries, and because we currently have three known armed figures from the Empire banished. It is with this meeting we hope to find a newfound peace, and as the Bone Lord threat remains a constant to us all, a united strength that may work in defeating our common foe.
