Bonjour, we are writing this letter to make an official request to join the Dominion of Corithiel to rebuild the ancient city of Nous, home of all Denevir. I, Oni Arashi, will be the one to represent the city in both internal and external affairs, as Le Coryphée of Nous. As for matters within the city there will be two people of my trust, the Conseillers Aluria Arashi and Falk Severin, they will be in charge of helping to recover our culture, traditions, security among other things, which will be exclusively within the city.

In order to join we would like you to be able to assure us of the following things:

• First, we want the freedom to be able to recover our ancient culture and traditions, without having to adapt to external religions.

• Second, we want to make sure that the city will have the necessary security so we would like to assign a security chief (Tri'Cilus) who is a Denevir and who we trust. In this case I suggest Falk Severin, who will be at your disposal to prove his competence to assume this position.

• Third, we as Nous would like to have a fair representation in The Dominion of Corithiel. And be respected by the other nations that make up the Dominion.

We agree to follow the ideals of virtue and honor that exist in The Dominion of Corithiel, as well as the laws and military structure within the nation. Just as we expect respect in our own culture, we will have the utmost respect for other cultures and religions within the glade. If you have any questions about what we want for our city or the functioning of the city, we are available to answer them. We look forward to your response to our request.
