[!] A raven was dispatched to the seat of the Therri'cill within Corinthiel, Luminion, where it delivered its cargo to the Royal Palace. It carried a letter, bearing the golden seal of the Empire and its royal family, written in the hand of Karl von Lichtenfelts. [!]
QUESTIONS UNANSWERED
To the esteemed Therri'cill of Luminion,
Mere moments ago, I myself intercepted one of the Luminous Kingdom's men on the road in Bergwald. A conversation was held, friendly in nature, during which the man disclosed that Frida Akios, a Hadrian citizen on all accounts, is being held within your city. He explained that a 'traveler', unknown to him, delivered Frida Akios to your gates, claiming she had assaulted him within the borders of Luminion. While this, to us, seems far-fetched, considering Frida Akios rarely ever strayed outside Hadrian borders before her arrest.
Mainly though, my personal concern lies with the fact that we were not informed of her arrest. Yet again, we have to find out for ourselves the situation and the gravity of it. A severe lack of transparancy from the Luminous court. We would like to see the situation rectified.
The messenger I wrote of goes by the name of Taivascin Opettaja, a recruit in your armed forces. He has been invited to stay as a guest under my protection until the situation is resolved, and Frida Akios is returned safely. He is getting the best of care here, and will no doubt only have positive things to say about his stay. My sincerest hope is that the same can be said for Frida Akios. I invite you or a representative to talk and discuss a solution to the predicament we find ourselves in currently.
Yours humbly,
Krönfurst Karl von Lichtenfelts
ErzBannerbearer of the Empire
