Loyal subjects of the Empire are invited to serve the Lord’s estate at Schloss Helstien, bringing honour to themselves and their families.

Schloss Helstien stands as the Empire's southern bastion, a fortress of vigilance guarding the realm’s borders. At the forefront of the Empire’s protection, it serves as a shield against threats from the wild lands beyond, ensuring peace and safety for all who dwell within, if you wish to serve the Empire in its protection, Helstien is where one may prove themselves.

Steward of the Keep:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- To oversee the daily governance and management of the keep and its lands, ensuring all affairs run smoothly under the lord’s watchful eye.
- To supervise the household staff, see to the organisation of supplies, and coordinate with tenants and other retainers.
- To aid in matters of finance, keeping ledgers balanced and accounts in good order, ensuring the prosperity of the estate.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in the management of estates or in fields of a similar nature.
- Strong abilities in leadership, organisation, and matters of finance.
- A sense of duty to the lord’s house and the people it shelters.

Let it be known, the position of Steward calls for those of sound judgement, capable of bearing the responsibility of the estate with diligence and honour. Those who seek this role must be prepared to serve with unwavering loyalty and skill, bringing honour to themselves and House Fischer.

- To serve as protector of the lord, the household, and all under the lord’s care, sworn to uphold the security of Schloss Helstien with courage and loyalty.
- To engage in regular combat training, sharpening both skill and strength, so as to be ever prepared to defend during times of skirmish or siege.
- To patrol the lands, assist in maintaining order, and respond swiftly to any signs of danger or unrest.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in the arts of combat and familiarity with the use of weaponry, whether sword, spear, or bow.
- Strong physical condition and unwavering readiness to serve at a moment’s notice.
- Discipline, resilience, and a commitment to the defence of the lord’s estate.

- To tend to the spiritual needs of the lord, his household, and all who dwell within the keep. The Priester serves as the keeper of faith, guiding the hearts and souls of those under their care.
- To conduct daily prayers, blessings, and ceremonies, ensuring that the keep remains under the watchful eye of the divine.
- To maintain the chapel, preserving it as a place of worship and sanctuary, and to offer counsel and solace to those who seek guidance in times of need.
- To oversee religious observances during feasts, festivals, and times of crisis, uniting the people in faith and fortitude.

Requirements:

- Must be ordained, with experience in performing religious rites and duties.
- Strong moral character, devotion to faith, and the ability to offer wisdom and comfort to those in need.
- A dedication to the spiritual well-being of the keep and its inhabitants.
