Denizens of the Luminion territories,
We have had noble houses for a long time and longer still now, as they have persisted through my rule. This has been both a privilege and honor for some and a means of exploitation by others.
In my time as Aeri'Cill, I have seen noble houses fall to disrepair and cease to exist, while others chose to rest on the laurels they achieved while the leaves rotted under them.
A culture is much like a rosebush, it requires care and attention.
I must prune the rosebush, so that it may flourish and grow new buds.
As of today, House Illysar joins the trimmings of the roses, for the following reasons:
Inactivity: There has been no effort to revive the port, resulting in an attack from the South.
Latency: No activity in society, beyond the occasional presence.
Failure to Protect the Lands bestowed upon them
House Illysar is removed from the titles that follow:

House Illysar is to Vacate the Manor in the Illumina territories, as the Crown reserves its right to repossess the territory.
