Summoning all Medi’cilus

My name is Arquia D. Sylvaris and I am the new Head Medi’cilus of the Dominion. Thus, I summon all existing medi’cilus or those who practice the craft of healing to Mitrona Palace to get questioned and documented.

Anyone who decides not to come in the coming six months will be disregarded as a medi’cilus and may not practice its craft in extreme ways (i.e. amputation, stitching major wounds, handing out medicin that is dangerous when not used probably, etc.).
If anyone who is not a medi’cilus, does the previous, it’ll be seen as a felony.
