There was a time when taking the oath and meeting the Tericyees or the Monarchs of our nation inspired loyalty and personality in our country's newest citizens. Even I remember the gift my wife gave me by swearing me in herself, long before we had ever planned to court. However, with the expanse of the Dominion, and the duty our officials face rebuilding our nation I now fear how many irreplaceable individuals we've let slip through the cracks of our ignorance. With this in mind, a public census will be formed to grant citizenship to individuals seeking to join our efforts to make the Dominion flourish again.
