A large crowd gathered in Adelsburg today to vote on three council positions within the Empire: Marshal, Speaker and Envoy. The Kaiser decided the people's voice had to be heard and ushered in the very first election in the history of the Hadrian Empire. Kaiser Philipp himself oversaw the counting of the votes, and ensures the proceedings to have been fair and just in the eyes of the Maker.
