The Golden Book: A newly created tradition designed to eternally commemorate the valorous deeds of all those inducted into the sacred Order of Knighthood or Damehood within Hadriana. Within these pages, as maintained by whomever the current Lord Commander of the Order of the Griffin may be, you shall find the finest men and women the Empire has to offer. The book itself is an imposing object: it is bound of the finest brown-hued leather with golden embossing and its dimensions are colossal sitting at nearly one-and-a-half feet thick and a foot wide. While entire recreations are difficult to find due to the sheer bulk of its thousands of pages (most of which currently remain blank; serving only to future-proof for later generations) at least one book of excerpts is able to be found within most libraries in Hadriana; so that the individuals contained within might serve as beacons of inspiration to all those whom read of them.
