NATIONAL NEWS

Blessed by Aerièlle, celebrated by the people.

The Azari'cill have been blessed by Aerièlle once more. This month, the population of the Enlightened Kingdom has been blessed with the end of another peaceful year in the Glade of Dragons. As is tradition, it is once again time for a tournament. But not just a tournament, it is the Grand Tourney, hosted by the Enlightened Kingdom's Therri'cill Aldir'tor Zaithrall himself. The tournament, at which one can show off their martial prowess will occur between the retreat of Lilith's veil and the appearance of The Emerald Dusk. Not only can one show their powers in this tournament, but it is also ground for a great marketplace, where various items will be sold. Some of the stands that the Monthly Light has been able to confirm are those of wine, and one art, where people can buy or create art themselves. All things considered, will this event be one of great stature, as the organization set out to make the biggest spectacle to date. The tournament is also a perfect example of 'cill hospitality as the invitation of the Therri'cill extends to all inhabitants of Eden.

Opening of the Veiled Hues
Not only were the Azari'cill blessed with the coming of a new year. It was with great joy that they had the opening of a brand new shop. The Veiled Hues, as this art gallery is called, is the latest establishment within the walls of the Silver City. Set up and run by Elénora Oridithas, this gallery offers a variety of artworks by the before-named lady herself. The Veiled Hues is located on Larethael Square and can be recognized by its orange canopy. The monthly light recommends all passing citizens to step inside and have a look around, for the art is impeccable and of great quality!
Presumed dead.
Another month has passed, and still, there is no sign of Aldail Laemouth Thrammour. The Lunar Guard, through the Monthly Light, wishes to convey the message that Aldail from now on is presumed dead. Due to the missing body, no actual ceremony can be held, nor can they be certain. But after he has been missing for a period that has lasted 2 months they have slim hope for his reoccurrence. The reason or cause of his disappearance is still unknown. Yet if someone has any clues or something that leads the Lunar Guard in the right direction. Feel free to notify the Lunar Guard so they can deal with it accordingly.

Citizen council.
The citizen council of last month showed itself a success once more. In the great hall up-top Luminion their citizens gathered to discuss business and actualities. A lady was able to speak out against a man who was trying to court her without her consent, and due to the actions of the Council, this issue will be dealt with. The council also came up with the great idea of a marketplace outside of the upcoming tournament grounds, together with other ideas and suggestions for the Grand Tourney. Everyone in the council seemed to be content at the end of it, hence why this installment is once again considered a success.

Fire in Prezza L'Aquila!
Word has reached the Enlightened Kingdom that their Western Neighbours suffered a great loss. The picturesque church in the town of Prezza L'Aquila was burned to the ground. The architectural beauty, once built by the Great, but small Bill Bandobras was a centerpiece to the old Halfling city. The Monthly Light sends its regards to the Hadrian Empire and to whoever was hurt by this great devastation. The Monthly Light has not yet received information about any cause for the fire, and it is not known if it happened due to nature or if someone started it. If an investigation is started, the Monthly Light will keep you updated with any developments. Let's hope the building is replaced soon, so the square of Prezza L'Aquila is back to its old colorful form.

[!] A letter would arrived, the paper would be crisp as though it had been dried in the very region that it was made within, whether with intent or just environmental conditions. The ink, though, would be a fine and delicate, displaying the calligraphic wisdom and tact of the individual who wrote the piece, clearly someone of importance. The letter would be self unsigned yet filled with the fervor of the anonymous writer [!]

To The Monthly Light,

I pray these words catch you in the dismal times that you clearly face, since all your publication can ever do is the pittance of fabulations that your 'esteemed' journalists cannot prove capable of even writing well. As your sorry excuse for one writer sits with the puppeteering hands of your Therri'cill sits in nether regions that exceed my descriptive potential. In turn, what you offer is a defaulted display of power's coercive control of the notion of free expression, since your words falter into the propagandistic narratives that sustain your sorry nation of supposedly 'Enlightened' creations. Yet, as has long been known, the fallen nature of you Cill never fail to amaze me, as you fail to capture anything beyond your ego-centric model of being within this world.

And a perfect example of these faulted narratives that you preach can be found in the 'Fire in Prezza L'Aquila' section of your publication. It is known, from reports outside of your own, that a mysterious group came down onto this city and razed it with malicious intent. They were dressed in all black and they hailed from the eastern regions according to the varying accounts from Hadrian sources. According to sources, these individuals were much taller than the average human, and hailed from the 'Glade' that you lot so extol for hailing from. And some important officials even claim that it might've been a group of Cill, which is quite a damning claim, no? Where was this perspective in your supposedly 'objective' journalism. You lot are truly a sorry excuse for writers. Incapable and inept. I presume all your university teaches are classes on stick your head far up your state officials' keisters.

Lastly, and this will be short, but are you inept lot certainly love this artistic representations of yourself riddled with racist propositions that are wholly projective in nature. You displace your own inabilities onto other groups since your supposedly 'enlightened' race drowns in its inability to ever be adequately loved by your Mother God. Aerièlle would hold little regard for such childish and violent proclamations that merely undo and center your forsaken people. And not because I think you lot are born forsaken, but rather are forced to become forsaken via the system of thought you emphasize. I truly pity you lot, and pray one day you'll escape the propaganda machine that shapes your nation.

Signed,
An Aggravated Reader
