Throughout the day, an anonymous post would be spread by a green parrot, leaving it on every bulletin-board it could find.

A slight smirk creeps across the mystery mans face "And so the end begins.." the words escaping his lips in a laboured breathe as he gazes at the noticeboard

Chrome was doing his daily rounds around Raevendrecht to fetch a few herbs that grew against the pavement, taking note of the words sprawled across the board. His dead expression seemed to hold even the slightest bit of interest.

"Potential patients to be had at sea."

He pulled harshly against the now-uprooted weeds.

A bizarre little flaming man barfs up a sooty letter into a bottle and then floats it off the coast of Anjyarr. Zhen would have done it himself but he's disliked in that country for reasons only him and the Sultana still remember. After he's done, the little flaming man fades away into the sand and is carried away by the wind back up North.

"
The Black Lotus Guild hereby offers aid towards any missions that require able-bodied fighters for monster hunting, be it land or sea. Contact Zhen Dhelvin or any of his associates in Raevendrecht or Avalheim."

Finz reads the post with a neutral look, shrugging to himself, quietly saying "Guess I should give them a little check..." whilst considering benefits for joining

A notice is sent southward from the coasts of Hadriana to the coasts of Anjyarr, it is carried oversea, accompanied by a single sloop and manned by mariners of the Sea Guard. It is pinned directly on to the pier of Anjyarr, as well as road side posts along the coast.

"To the lawless Rams Head Redemption Pirates, the Sea Guard warn you of the consequences of your actions. If you harry the people with your lawless sea banditry, we will seek you out and sink your ships where we find them."

[ ! ] The same green parrot would arrive and leave a poorly written note.

"Da captain is d'unk 'n azleep. So I iz writin' this.
Fook off ya fishy fanny folk!"

*A terrible little sketch of a faceless pirate flipping them off can be seen at the end.*

[!] Argyle looked over the missive, his darkend visor resting upon the parchment.
"Those mercenaries mentioned.. You're referring to us as justice seekers?"
The elf man commented
"Relying on numbers.. As if words are put into our mouths, if only they knew about my willingness to see them alone in person.."
He scoffed, soon observing the notice for a lingering moment
"Very vague about traitors.. Very interesting group, to look into.."
