"To the Republic of Raevendrecht, the Electorate Imperium provides an offer of aid to the Republic against the troll menace they currently deal with in the city of New-Wakkerdam, this offer was spoke of in the Hadrian Senate, and had a near unanimous vote of agreement to give this offer to the Republic. In short, the Electorate Imperium offers to send a battalion of Hadrian Soldiers to aid Raevendrecht against the trolls of New-Wakkerdam, in the hopes of finally exterminating the mountain-trolls in the north. We hope this decree is brought up in your Estates-General, and we hope that this offer can be used to hopefully ease the somewhat tense relations between our two nations."

The Republic has gathered in the Estates General to discuss the Imperium's offer of aid against the trolls.
The Estates General has per vote concluded that the Republic welcomes a battalion of Hadrian legionnaires against the Troll Menace.

Our army musters in seven weeks (OOC: Sunday May 14th 8:30 CEST https://discord.gg/R2ddtH4z?event=1103592354457337937). We gather at New Wakkerdam, the Imperium has permission to march towards New-Wakkerdam to join the mustering and carry Hadrian banners. Let us stand together against the Trolls to welcome a New Era of cooperation.
