A message to the Azari'cerr that do not support Solana's twisted government.
As you all might know, the Enlightened Kingdom of Luminion has been offered no other option then to wage war with the Kingdom of Mitrona. Though this is the truth, do we not wish to wage war on the 'cerr that despise Solana's government the same way we do.
It is therefore that the Enlightened Kingdom of Luminion extends its hand to anyone who does not support Solana, anyone who does not wish to be in battle, and anyone who wants to see their homeland restored to it's former glory.
The gates of Luminion are open, so are the doors of the Phoenix Beak Tavern. Our tavern welcomes all and any refugees from the Kingdom of Mitrona. Supplying them with free drinks, food, and rest on arrival.
May all the Azari'cerr that do not wish to fight flee to the west and its safety, so they may return eastbound once the forest is cleaned of its foul leadership.
