No. Fables and Fantasy RP does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any of your information to third parties. The exception to this rule is when we have to share data with law enforcement to either report illegal activities or are asked to provide user information to said law enforcement bureaus.

Data in Reports

We collect pieces of data we gather through user reports and moderation team investigations regarding our TOS enforcement. The pieces we gather in such instances which we consider evidence are laid out in the Safety Policy. Whenever we receive any of this data through reports we will always ask the following questions:

  • If the data is sent in the form of a Google Docs file we will ask permission from the original author to create a locked copy of the document which is only accessible by a small team of individuals for our private database for processing. In the case the content of said documents is a breach of TOS or illegal activities, we may forward the reported evidence to law enforcement for processing.
  • When a report is filed, privacy is our number one priority to build up trust in our users towards our services. Thus we will do anything in our power to protect and censor any personal information disclosed as best we can. In the instance of an unauthorized copy, screenshot, or recording is made, or any unauthorized access is granted to any of the stored materials we will inform the original owner of these materials of a potential breach and will take heavy-handed actions against those found responsible for the breach.
