Fables and Fantasy RP Terms of Service (TOS)
The terms in this document govern the use of the online forums, content, game server access, and other Fables and Fantasy RP-related services.
Your Permission to Use the Fables and Fantasy RP public services
In order to make use of our public services, you are required to accept these terms. Everyone needs to agree to these terms.
Conditions for Use of the Service
Your permission to use our services is subject to the following conditions:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older to use our community-related services such as our forums website, wiki website, and access to the community. If you spot a user who is under the minimum age of eighteen (18) you must contact us immediately or write us an email at fablesandfantasy@hotmail.com
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to access the public part of the Minecraft server. That is the spectator mode which does not require access to community-related services.
We consider the legal age, or the age of maturity, to be 18 years old regardless of local laws, medium, community, or platform in order to keep our users safe and trusting of our services. We will take immediate action against those who use our public services as a means to engage in predatory behavior, engage in major harassment, etc. These types of behavior are strictly forbidden on all our platforms. Those engaging in such behavior regardless will face a high chance of evidence being collected on their behavior and sent to the proper local authorities. If you feel unsafe or have been a victim due to the actions of another user, please contact us immediately through a report ticket or write us an e-mail at fablesandfantasy@hotmail.com providing as much evidence as you can. Data processing will be explained in the privacy policy.
All Fables and Fantasy RP-related platforms, forums, websites, etc. use the same Terms of Service unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable Use
You may not break the law using our services, in case a law has been broken local authorities will be contacted for further processing.
You may not buy, sell, or otherwise trade in user names or other unique identifiers.
You may not send advertisements, chain letters, or other solicitations through our public services, to gather addresses or other personal data for commercial mailing lists or databases.
You may not impersonate others through our public/private services.
You may not encourage or help anyone in violation of these terms.
You may not use our services to distribute information that is not meant for the public. This applies to, but is not limited to:
- Leaked information such as screenshots, chat exports, and any information marked as confidential about any Fables and Fantasy RP platform.
- Leaked information such as screenshots, chat exports, and any other information marked as confidential about any other individual, server, and or platform that is not Fables and Fantasy RP. In the case of personal information, it is often referred to as doxxing.
- In case of a breach of this policy, depending on the severity, we will forward any information such as email addresses, IP addresses, names, etc to local authorities for processing.
You may not use our public services to troll, cyberbully, harass, slander, blackmail, threaten, or leak sensitive information in any way on any platform, including social media such as Discord, Snapchat, Signal, WhatsApp, Facebook, X, Tiktok, and other social media messaging platforms. If you are feeling unsafe or unwelcome due to the actions listed by another user, feel free to contact our moderation services through a report ticket or contact us immediately by writing us an email at fablesandfantasy@hotmail.com. Data processing will be explained in the privacy policy.
You may not use or submit any other individual’s work without proper allowance from the original owner. In short, do not plagiarize. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Art pieces or creative work such as paintings, writing, digital art, and 2/3D models and textures. This also applies to original pieces modified/reworked with AI.
- Private/public source code
Any creative services offered in the community marketplace on the Fables and Fantasy RP discord may only consist of content created by the advertising user. Any use of AI to generate art is to be clearly stated or the advertisement post will be removed immediately.
Content Standards
You may not use our public services or Fables and Fantasy RP’s content for NFT-related projects. This includes but is not limited to: Official art, logos, video material, source code, etc.
You may not submit content to our public services containing malicious computer code, such as computer viruses or spyware.
You may not submit content to our public services that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise harmful to others. This includes content that is harassing, inappropriate, or abusive.
You may not use our public services to disclose information that you don’t have the legal right to disclose, like others’ confidential or personal information.
You may not send the following types of content in any publicly visible chat on any of our platforms:
- NSFW content such as sexual content, gore, etc.
- Private chats with another user that have not been sent with consent from both parties.
- Private information on any other user, company, or individual from in and outside Fables and Fantasy RP.
Enforcement
In the instance of a violation of these terms is suspected, we may investigate the violation to the fullest legal extent we are capable of. We may also notify law enforcement in prosecuting violations of the law and these terms.
In the case we investigate a breach of service terms, you will be placed under an investigation ban until the investigation is concluded, after which the investigation ban is either lifted or transferred into a permanent TOS ban. In the case a TOS ban is handed out, we may contact local authorities for further investigation depending on the severity of the case.
In the instance you are found lying about your age to get around the minimum age requirement of the Fables and Fantasy RP services, in the instance any damages or issues were caused by this you will not be held liable for resolving the issues, however, you will be subject to a permanent non-appealable ban from any of our platforms and a notice of termination of service is to be served to the individual. In cases of severe damages, we may seek contact with local authorities for further processing.
Limits on Liability
Neither we nor our suppliers will be liable to you for breach-of-contract damages we could not have reasonably foreseen when you agreed to these terms.
Changes
We may change the terms of this agreement at any given time in order to reflect changes in local laws, update policies to secure the safety of our users further, make changes to reflect a change in how Fables and Fantasy RP operates, and improve clarity and consistency. In the instance of a change, a notification is pushed on the official Fables and Fantasy Discord server to notify users of a change in the terms of service, after which everyone using the service automatically agrees. If you do not like the proposed changes you may file a dispute which if left unresolved will lead to the termination of service.
Disputes
If you have any concerns about the services provided, you agree to first contact us internally in an attempt to resolve the issue.
Termination
Both we (Fables and Fantasy RP) and you may end the agreements in these terms at any given time. When the agreement ends, your permission to use any Fables and Fantasy RP-related platforms and services also ends and your access will be terminated without prior warning.
When a termination of service occurs, you will be contacted through either Email or Discord to inform you of this termination. In case this is not possible due to us having no access to both your Discord and Email we sadly cannot inform you of the termination.

What is the Purpose of this Safety Policy?
The purpose of having a written and clear safety policy is to ensure the safety of our users, volunteers, and partners by laying out our terms and official policy regarding user safety. Our goal is to create a community where everyone who takes part in it can feel safe and is fully informed of our way of working and to have a filter to prevent cases that could damage our users and cause harm to the trust in the Fables and Fantasy RP team.
Our Handling of Evidence
As we want to ensure the safety of the entire Fables and Fantasy RP network and its users, partners, and volunteers, we have a set protocol for user safety in place and how we approach any given case. In the instance, that a case regarding user safety is presented to the Fables and Fantasy team we will collect and preserve any evidence presented to us that is considered acceptable to build a TOS-violation case file after which we determine whether to take action or not. If you wish to present the team with a safety violation case, you may choose to open a report ticket or send an email to fablesandfantasy@hotmail.com containing an explanation of the case and every bit of acceptable evidence you may have. What Fables and Fantasy RP’s moderation team considers acceptable evidence is the following:
- Uncensored and uncropped Discord conversation export logs from an entire day.
- Audio recordings or photos
- Official reports from local or international authorities
- Screenshots of uncensored profiles
- Cropped and censored screenshots.
- Blurred photos and screenshots.
- Distorted or edited video or audio material
- Any piece that is older than five years is only taken into consideration if it meets the standards described above and is considered severe enough.
Pieces that will be regarded as unacceptable evidence are the following:
Any evidence that we collect is kept within a safe drive away from the public eye and after looking into is to be scrubbed of any personal information such as selfies, real names, and other private information. This is done to prevent any data leak from our end will not be the cause of any personal data leak. This makes it so that we are not allowed to keep and preserve any evidence that holds any personal data, and any that we do receive is to be scrubbed after which the uncensored version sent to us is to be destroyed from our database. In instances of illegal conduct being reported, we will with the explicit written permission of the victim preserve the reported personal details for forwarding to local law enforcement for processing. Only the moderation and safety management of Fables and Fantasy RP may authorize the preservation and forwarding of any details and we may only do so if the evidence collected is acquired within any of the Fables and Fantasy RP services which exclude Discord DM/PM messages or any personal messages on any other platforms. For these instances, you will need to contact the Trust and Safety teams of the respective platforms.
Investigation Ban/Blacklisting
Depending on the severity of the case presented, we may choose to “investigation ban” the individual(s) that are being investigated for a breach of the terms of service. These investigation bans only apply to the following cases: pedophilia, manipulators, major/borderline harassers, sexism, major/borderline racism, known leakers/doxxers (includes private details of a person/community/company details that are not meant for the public eye to see) and major misinformation/disinformation spreaders. These cases are always provided with evidential proof and the final call is made.
What we Cannot Ask
Due to EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law limitations and in an effort to avoid any potential complications, we will not and never will ask for any of the following pieces of personal data:
- Government-issued Documents (IDs, Passports, etc)
- Your full name
- Country of birth (Unless it is willingly provided)
- Addresses and other personal information.
