Greetings, people of the realm,
The Almajlis Ae'la of the Empire, after a long line of reports from all over the realm, has recognized the need for a more inclusive decision-making process. It has become clear that the council alone cannot address all these challenges. Therefore, the council turns its attention to the people of Anjyarr: its citizens. In this spirit, the ruling council officially declares the first Citizen Council after decades. This is a council where the citizens, you, discuss matters and shape the fate and future of the realm. With the Almajlis Ae'la, you will speak openly about the subjects and freely- and truthfully, ensuring your voices are heard and valued.
This council shall be overseen by Serimei Delarus, a loyal Erididam citizen who wishes to stand for the people and be a bridge between the ruling class, the lower folk, and the merchants. She has a history with matters of the people from her life in the far east, the Forest Realm of Mitrona. Members of the Almajlis Ae'la, the ruling council, shall also be present to voice their views and opinions while listening to those of the people.
The subjects that shall be debated are as follows:
~ Rumors of movement near the ancient and holy tomb of Akhmat.
~ Expanding the Empire's borders.
~ A rising neighboring state at the Kemir River
~ The Oasis of the Dune Sea
~ Any other subjects that shall be brought to light by the council or individual citizen
This occasion is only accessible to citizens of the Anjyarri Empire. Those who are in the process of becoming one are also allowed to attend. The Citizen Council shall occur in the evening, around seven after midday, and end when the citizens declare it so or if all subjects are discussed and the decisions are made. It will take place in the congregation hall to the left of the grand library in Al-Khadir.
Weapons are not allowed to be carried inside the facility.
