To the people of the Hadrian Empire, and all who stand loyal to the Crown..

The time has come to address the actions of known traitors to our Empire.
Their support for the failed regime and peasant revolt of Volgrad, under the treacherous rule of Zladimir de Tiri, has not gone unnoticed. Though Volgrad has fallen and Lunburg has returned to its rightful place within the Empire, the remnants of this treachery must be dealt with.

◈ Nihil Bauer, once a clergyman and ward of the late Vater Gregor, has turned his back on the teachings and virtues of our faith.
Kaelli Karris, banished for her infidelity and betrayal, has continued to sow discord and align herself with enemies of the Empire.
Manuel Fischer, a coward, an accomplice to Zladimir, has provided resources and support to the traitor's cause, all while vanishing from the Empire's gaze and acting in the shadow.

═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

To the ones named,

You are hereby ordered to swear fealty to the Hadrian Empire and the Crown. Publicly renounce your support for Volgrad and its fallen leader. Swear your unwavering loyalty and you shall be given the chance to reclaim your honor, in time.

• For Nihil Bauer: Should you comply, you will be pardoned for your treasonous actions. You will be placed in the service of a respected member of the clergy, who will guide you back to the path of righteousness and ensure your future service is one of true faith and loyalty.

• For
Kaelli Karris: Should you comply, your banishment will be lifted. You will be welcomed back into the Empire, where you may once again contribute to the prosperity and unity of our great nation in any way the Crown sees fit.

• For
Manuel Fischer: You are ordered to present yourself at the palace at once to speak with the Kaiser himself. Failure to do so will result in you being labelled as a traitor, and you will face the same consequences as those who defy the Crown.

Until you swear fealty, a Bounty shall be placed upon each of your heads, set at 2000 Andros each. Such does not mean that Nihil's previous bounty the Crown issued is erased, but this notice only adds upon the sum. Additionally, a reward of 500 Andros shall be given for every limb taken and brought directly to me. Should you seek a private audience with the Crown to swear your loyalty before being captured, the bounties will be annulled. Until then, all hunters within the Empire and beyond are encouraged to pursue you. However, if you refuse this offer of clemency, if you continue to defy the Crown and the Empire, you will be captured and executed on the spot for your treason.

There will be no mercy for those who choose to remain in opposition to the stability and peace we have fought so hard to restore.
This is your final chance. Swear fealty and prove your loyalty, or face the full wrath of the Imperial justice.

In the name of the Empire, for the glory of the Crown, and under the watchful eyes of our ancestors and Alder Himmelschwert, we shall prevail.

Kaiserin of the Hadrian Empire
ErzCupbearer, in the name of the Imperial Council

Upon reading the letter he received he looked confused at such grave accussation.

"
Ich never showed support for ze Volgrad Rebels. Ich gave Herr Zlaidimir aid when he needed it against ze Bonelord during his time when he was still ze Lord of Lunburg. But Ich shall show mein face to ze Crown and let them hear mein story."

A Letter would be written to Palace in Adelsburg where it states that Manuel would show up as quickly as he can to Adelsburg and explain his story and re-pledge his loyalty to the Crown as they wish

[!] A Letter would be sent to the Palace of Adelsburg [!]
DO NOT METAGAME THIS INFORMATION!!!!

Kaiser und Kaiseirn,

I'm writing this letter as my several visits to the Adelsburg as well to the Palace. I've not been able to get in contact with either of you or the Guards. If you could please sent me a letter so we can schedule a proper time to handle this matter that would be much appreciated for the both of us.

Sincerely, Manuel Fischer
