With the recent establishment of the Second Republic of the Hinterlands, the Hooglandsche Vrystaet, I Silas Moetiour- Van Leuveren invite all citizens to the gathering of the fifth official Estates General. During the gathering of the 5th Estates General the Stadtholder will present his premilinary government untill the next election is up.
=============================================================================================Proceedings
The Stadhouder has written the following proposals for the Estates General to vote on:
1. A letter from Luminion was received concerning some 'undead' creature menacing half of Eden. The Estates General will launch an open conversation on the subject.
2. We are to establish a fair tax and enforce it.
3. The Gate Policy of Raevendrecht is to be discussed. (Was closed last time, anyone can still add on this).
4. Would present Berend Berendzoon as Captain of the Orange Guard, in addition a motion will be held on the carrying of weapons in Raevendrecht. Proposal: One can not openly carry weapons in Raevendrecht, unless part of the guard.
5. Motion: The Estates General will allow the preachings of Brother Hauke's Scriptularism.
6. Discuss the posibility of a defensive pact with the Denur Triumvirate and affirm trading relations with the Denur.
7. The Staten Generaal is to ratify future advances in diplomacy between the Freestate and the Empire of Anjyarr to sign a treaty of mutual friendship and military assistance.
8. The Stadtholder will request the following people to take part in the preliminary government:
* Baroness Dominika van Gravendrecht as Grand Pensionary.
* Rename Johan van Scakart-van Leuveren as acting diplomat.
* Would name Berend Berendzoon Captain of the Orange Guard
(NOTE THAT THIS TEMPORARY GOVERNMENT WILL REMAIN IN FUNCTION FOR 2 OOC MONTHS, IN 1.5 MONTHS WE ARE STARTING AN ELECTION CYCLE)
9. Would humbly request the following roles to be filled:
Regent of Tax- Vacant
Regent of Trade- Vacant
Regent of Housing and Internal Affairs- Vacant

Furthermore citizens have the opportunity to raise their motions on the spot.

After the Staten Generaal concludes Citizens are welcome to request an audience with the Stadtholders.
