Dear citizens of Raevendrecht,
As Stadtholder I would like to adress the recent land expansion and colonisation of Norland. We will discuss how to proceed with this land and furher suggestions on what construction this will involve. We´ll discuss a potential mercantile business, tax reform, religious business, diplomacy and fortifications.

THE MOTIONS OF THE 7TH GATHERING OF THE ESTATES GENERAL
1. Declaraction of the Republic of Raevendrecht
Would declare the Republic of Raevendrecht a sovereign and free nation of Eden and declare a Day of the Republic, a future national holiday.

2. Would Discuss an expedition on 3. Land reform
Would create on open discussion on division of the land and future colonist in farming and fishing settlements in Norland

4. Westward expansion
Would discuss the establishment on farming & fishing settlements in Noraland. Would also request permission from the Estates General to grand Avalheim a protected market stall near the ferry to their homeland.

5. We would kindly invite a representative of the Denur to discuss agriculture

6. An update on diplomacy

We would hold an open discussion on the foreign relations of the Republic

7. Proposition of tax reform:

The Republic of Raevendrecht would abolish anual taxes and establish a shareholder system in the state.
In the future citizens would be able to bid a share of andros in the Estates General on future state business.

8. Would discuss the construction of a ring of forts around the border of the Attian Swamp to protect from future Ghoul Invasions

9. Would lay out the Propositions and request permission from the Estates General for a future Conference of the North these being

*Would invite representatives of the Denur Triumvirate, the Herzog of Flüssland, Avalheim and the Rovelt estate to a Northern Conference
1. Would ask permission from the Estates General to discuss a United Reponse to the Ghoul Treat
2. Would askpermission from the Estates General to propose clear borders in the North
3. Would ask permission from the Estates General to discuss freedom of passage through the Venen river from both ships of Flüssland and the Republic of Raevendrecht.
4. Would ask permission from the Estates General to discuss with the Denur Triumvirate a common agriculture policy and to define the future of the Krüger Brewery.

10. (IMPORTANT) : ALL CITIZENS ARE REQUESTED TO GIVE SUGGESTIONS ON THEIR FUTURE NEEDS, INVENTIONS, INSTITUTIONS, SHOPS AND BUILDINGS FOR THE NEW CITY AND TERRITORY OF RAEVENDRECHT. ALL ARE FREE TO REQUEST CERTAIN CONSTRUCTIONS.
