To the highest ranking Scinari, Raewyn Gailruine, the citizen council would like to address a matter of utmost importance. We wish to be able to follow the Ladder of Enlightenment as closely as possible, however, this cannot be achieved without the regular rankings of citizens. We realize that the previous Scinari in charge of this has strayed from her path of following the Mother, and we, therefore, desire to keep ourselves on the correct path.

For that reason, we urge you to recommence the citizen rankings as soon as possible. We send out this petition to show our agreement, and how we believe this matter is significant. The members of the Luminon citizen council are signed below.

To Chairwoman Minerva Eilianther, and the concerned members of the Luminion Citizen Council,

Too long has The Enlightened Kingdom suffered in the absence of silver light. Our gracious Mother has witnessed your petition, and in her infinite love for us, has bidden that it be answered.

On the days of [Sunday, October 23rd] and [Tuesday, October 25th] The Temple of the Silver Phoenix will open its doors to any who seek their ranking on the ladder of enlightenment. You need only to bring yourself, for her wisdom comes without cost.

Spoiler: Event Details

What: An all-day open event, where characters may come as they please to receive their ranking on the ladder of enlightenment. Meetings will be taken individually, on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a silver flame reading from Scinari Raewyn and Scinari Kharis, and a pin denoting your assigned rank.

When: Part one of this event will run on Sunday, October 23rd from 9:30 am - 10:00 pm est. The second part of this event will happen on Tuesday, October 25th from 11:00 pm - 1:00 am est, allowing those who missed the first to have an opportunity to attend.
