Common Tailor, Aeri'Cill of Luminion

By the authority vested in me as Aeri'Cill of the Enlightened Kingdom of Luminion, and in the interest of preserving the security and sanctity of our realm, I, Cirlia Zaithrall, hereby decree the banishment of Aldairan Chamarie from the lands of Luminion. This decree is issued in response to his grievous offenses of selling Court secrets and espionage on behalf of the Vari Kaiserin, thereby endangering the safety and integrity of our dominion.
Henceforth, Aldairan Chamarie is exiled from all territories under the jurisdiction of Luminion, effective immediately. He is to depart the realm within the span of one day from the issuance of this decree. Failure to comply will result in the severest penalties permissible under our laws.
In consideration of the familial bonds and the welfare of his children, Aldairan Chamarie shall be permitted entry into the lands of Luminion for a period not exceeding two days each year, solely for the purpose of visiting his children. These visits shall be strictly supervised by the Royal Guard to ensure compliance with the terms of this decree.
Let it be known that any breach of these conditions will result in the permanent revocation of the visitation privilege and the imposition of harsher sanctions.
This decree is to be enforced with immediate effect and shall remain in perpetuity unless otherwise amended by future decree.
