As nightfall approached the continent, the residents of Eden began their final preparation. Putting stuff out for themselves in the morning, tending to hygienic needs, and some just decided to settle down in their bed as the Sun fell behind the distant horizon. This night seemed like any other. The start shined bright, and the beauty of the Moon was not hidden by a single cloud, this would be the perfect night, some could even think. Oh how wrong those people would be....

As the Moon reached its peak in the night sky, the peace it brought before would be shattered by screams. Screams could be heard everywhere across the city. The screech would be so agonizingly painful that there would be no soul left in the sweet embrace of slumber, all would be awoken. Those who decided to venture outside and look for the source of this unholy sound, they'd see a single ghastly figure floating in the night sky. It resembled a spirit-like vestige of a woman in a torn court gown. As attention settled onto the being, it stopped the screeching, letting a moment of peace fill the hearts of the mortals. And then, after the generous moment passed, it spoke.

"Mortal beings! Ye have grown pompous! Ye have taken a single barely earned victory by sheer luck, and thy kind have settled into peace! PEACE?!" The being would giggle in a howling voice. "Such short sighted view! But such actions will not be just let go of so easily. In three Sainstdays, this realm shall know true horror, and our generals shall crush the persistent city of Lünburg into nothing but RUBBLE!" The thing pauses for a single moment, enjoying the dread on the bystanders's faces. "Prepare! Prepare for all ye want, it will be no use!" With that, the thing began to giggle again, howlingly, piercing ears and making all that heard cover their ears in agony. But as the voice grew quieter and quieter, the spirit disappeared as well, leaving nothing but the news it brought behind.

*Amari sits in Avalheim after the events of this night. Any who visit for an IC week may hear of the seers words*

"I see my first full prophecy. It may be this war against the undead or it may be decades away. This will either be a tale in months, or years. It is one of faith and love lost. What we know of the spirits, or Alder or any religion will cease to exist. The words of our faith will vanish. Nothing will be left with graven words, and only the stones will tell of its piety. There will be wars and battles. Eden will burn. There will be no ships in the seas, nor stars in the sky. Death will be preferred to light, and darkness will be craved. The pious will be seen as mad and the ones who reject will be seen as scholars. Knights and men of honor will mean nothing, and the madmen will seem genius.

The soil will rot. The plants will die. There will be no great harvest and hunting will no longer benefit. Then, the air will turn to stagnation. It will be almost impossible to breath and live. And when all has befallen the divine will re-enter our lives. They will cast floods to burn out the harsh fires. The waters will turn the barren soil usable, and nature will be seen more valued than it is now. These words are visions, visions can be altered with actions, but for now..prepare."

*As she speaks, her words are calm and direct. They are not created of chaos, nor insanity. They are spoken as a warning, the Oracle has for the first time shared a vision with the public.*

Kiaron was sitting at the Al-Jabrid tavern, petting a dog when he heard the news. He could only think “I no like undead. They hurt dog. Dog good boy, why hurt dog?”
