Event Announcement Kaiserliche Hochzeit || The Imperial Wedding of 1536

Rejoice, people of The Empire, for His Imperial Majesty, Kaiser Diederick-Gobel von Lichtenfelts, and Lady Catherine of House Vahlen are pleased to announce their upcoming wedding. This day shall mark the beginning of a new era for The Hadrian Empire and the greater continent as a whole, for through following Alder's guidance did the Lichtenfelts dynasty found a rekindling flame to continue where the Imperial predecessors left off. Furthermore, this is an invitation for all to rekindle their lights with the Hadrian Empire as the couple opens the capital's gates for all who wish to attend. Let all of Eden come together and rejoice in a day of tranquility. Let us take a day to renounce all of our grievances and differences, no matter how glaring they may be, and come together as the forces of a united Eden for this day.

Through this invitation, His Imperial Majesty wishes to invite all of his family, friends, allies, adversaries, rivals, and citizenry who wish to attend.
The ceremony is to be held in The Grand Cathedral of Alder by the end of Goldscorch, followed by a reception in the Imperial Palace, and a week of celebration following.

During the event, all who wish to attend the ceremony or reception are expected to leave their weaponry at one of the guard posts along the city entrances. All belongings shall be marked and returned to their owner after the event concludes.

An eyebrow raises as a gauntlet raps on the door. Placing her sewing down, she walks to the door. Upon opening it, a cream colored scroll is handed to her, bearing the Hadrian Royal Seal. Arenea thanks the messenger, then shuts the door as she goes to sit down. Cracking the seal, she unfurls the scroll, her eyes scanning the letter. Her face falls slightly, but then smiles

"A joyous occasion to be sure. I am glad for him, he deserves nothing but the best."

Leaving the scroll on the table, she walks over to a dress form, grasping a yard of a vibrantly hued fabric. Humming a wedding March, she begins to pin the fabric into place
