As compiled by the venerable Khari’cerr with the assistance of her High Councilors, the following seeks to enlighten those outsiders seeking to understand the ways of the forest and better assimilate within the glade. It should be noted to all that the Khari’cerr is the one who has the final word on any particular issue. While this documentation will inform you of the expected result given someone's misbehavior, it is the Khari’cerr who presides over all.

𖡼 In the rare case one wishes to speak to the Khari’cerr amongst the High Council privately, the only reasons accepted, though have the chance to be rejected, goes as the following:

𖡼 The Lla’viltir, or Tri’cilus, may call an audience with the Khari’cerr if they cannot think of a proper punishment for a prisoner. Or, the Khari’cerr may call an audience with said Lla’viltir or Tri’cilus if they see punishment as improper.

𖡼 If a citizen is facing serious allegations from a different party that could get them banished/harmed, an audience may be requested to plead their case, including one witness of their choosing.

𖡼 Azari‘cerr Citizens may seek justice and ask to speak with the Khari’cerr about whether they believe a High Council, Tericyees or not, has treated them poorly.
