I. INTRODUCTION,
This document aims to server as a guide for those who seek to purchase property within the enligthened Kingdom of Luminion whilst also providing the kingdom with an office dedicated to the citizens of the realm to ease those who currently hold such a duty whilst also providing the opportunity for many others to partake in government affairs in a civil manner should they seek to do so. The office of stewadry headed by the Head Steward and Silver Stewards will be afforded a seat upon the silver council, although only headed by the Head Steward.
II. PROPERTES,
Before you might contact a steward, there are a few steps and proper channels which you are able to go through. There is a sheet used in the Kingdom which informs you on what is available and what is not available, it would be advised that you first go through the sheet and see what is available, once you have determined what might interest you on the aforementioned sheet, then you might contact a steward who is able to help you in your search.
- The sheet will be available to citizens upon their interaction.
III. CONTACTING A STEWARD,
There are multiple ways one might contact a steward, requests to contact a steward may be done so both In-Game through IC means or OOC by dming them on discord, a role will be set up within the Luminion discord to also allow for pings to happen to stewards in the discord server so that they are able to adhere to any needs.
The Current List of stewards is as follows:

- Theri'cill Fynenar Zaithrall
IV. EVICTIONS AND TAX STRIKES,
If, for a period of 3 months (3 OOC WEEKS), taxes are unpaid, an eviction will be carried out against the relevant property. An tax misspayment notice will be placed in front of a property after 1 month of unpaid tax (1 OOC WEEK), and a message will be sent to the owner of said property through channels provided to the stewardry at time of purchase. This can be seen within the sheet whereby if a tax is missing, it will be denoted with a tick under tax strikes.
- OOC: This information can be seen on the sheet, where it shows if a tax payment is missing or not and how many strikes one may recieve before they are evicted.
V. RELINQUISHING PROPERTY,
Upon such a time where a property owner wishes to relinquish their property, they must alert the stewardry so the relevant building can be evicted in a timely manner and then resold to the next interested party. Failing to pay taxes to have properties evicted will not be tolerated.
VI. THE OFFICE OF THE STEWARDS,
Hereby, the office of the stewards will be run by an individual who will be known as Master of the Stewards, this individual shall be appointed on behalf of the Silver government by it's Therri'cill and Aeri'cill, anyone seeking to undertake such responsibilities are encouraged to reach out to the respective members of the crown to bring forth their candidacy.
