Proceedings & Resolutions
The Stadhouder has written the following proposals for the Estates General to vote on:
1. The Hooghlandsche Vrystaet will Establish a state budget for the upcoming term leading up to elections.
*A state budget of 600 Andros is decided upon untill the upcoming election.
2. Tarrifs, Taxes and Rent are up for open discussion, though will need to be determined corresponding to the budget.
*Half the institute payments should return to the state for reinvestment into city expansion.
3. The Gate Policy of Raevendrecht is to be discussed.
A motion to welcome everyone but search those who are not of the Makerist Believe was denied.
The Estates General settles on an open gate policy for the foreseeable future.
4. The raise of a professional State Army and determine its tasks and budget.
A call for general conscription was denied
The Estates General Agrees to the raising of a small professional army lead by the Stadtholder
5. Open discussion on the grounds of religious worship in the Hooghlandsche Vrystaet and the posibility of requesting a Hadrian Priest to hold sermon in the Freestate.
No comment was raised on the issue, Raevendrecht will request a Makerist Priest from the Church of Hadriana to start holding sermons.
6. A discussion on the upcoming expenses concearning food supply to the Freestate.
An open discussion was held on the food supply of the Freestate which ran down towards the following options:
1. Foraging and Hunting
2. Supporting Fishing activity
3. Experimenting with sustainable crops
4. Establish trade with the Hadrian Empire
7. The Staten Generaal is to ratify future advances in diplomacy between the Freestate and the Kingdom of Luminion to sign a treaty of mutual friendship and assistance.
This motion was Denied in its current form and put on halt. The Estates General prefering not to be militarily reliant on a single power for the time being, but still wishes to have amiable diplomatic ties with all nations of Eden.
8. To officially welcome the House Tzyrnowski to the Hooghlandsche Vrystaet as guests in exile and grant them citizenship.
The House Tzyrnowski was welcommed to the Republic and the Estates General offered no objection to the cooperation between former Radymiens and Hinterlanders to settle the North.
9. Lastly the Staten Generaal is to elect a Raadspensionaris to form the future core of the legislative arm of government who can, himself, write proposals to the Staten Generaal and represent a majority.
The Stadtholder has not yet appointed a temporary Raadspensionaris, but will hold hearings with individuals interested in the function for the next Estates General.

Finally, in reward for her years of service and loyalty to the Republic, Dominika van Gravendrecht was Knighted as a Landless Baroness/Burggravin of the Republic.
