Appearance
A 7'1ft orc with a muscular build to him, with blue line-like tattoos and scars covering his green skin. On his back is the symbol of the Deadkeeper Clan - a moon and skull. His facial appearance is bulky, with a large sharp nose. A pair of large tusks stick out from his bottom lip. His eyes are a calm grey colour and his hair is black, with the sides cut and the back brushed into a long wild ponytail. He has a black goatee on his chin. He has a small set of piercings: a gold ring on his lip and a gold stud on his left eyebrow.

Attire wise, he commonly wears a sleeveless dark grey coat, with a blue cloth wrapped around his waist and a pair of brown trousers. A pair of leather bracers over his arms and a pair of woven sandals on his feet. He commonly carries a greataxe with him. A few belts wrapped around his waist, carrying pouches and a pipe.

Personality
Sargarth can often be described as an oddball of an orc, being that he comes across as extremely calm and serene, even in the midst of combat or in an argument. Despite his looks, he comes across as a wise and intelligent orc, one to learn from experiences and from others rather than hold a single viewpoint. He has a strong passion for learning and does his best to be respectful to those he meets. He's welcoming to those he meets and has a tendency to treat all equally. The orc cares for those he meets and always thinks both logically and emotionally.

However, he is known to be vindictive in nature - never forgiving and certainly never forgetting when someone has done him harm in some form. He can come across as a neutral individual, often not getting involved unless he truly has no other option than to. Most of all, he can come across as blunt and cold, not afraid to state harsh truths or facts if it means making people aware of it. Though he tends to hesitate admitting how he feels, as he was taught to not come across as emotional.

Lawful Neutral

Way of the Deadkeepers

As a member of the Deadkeepers, Sargrath follows his clan's ways and traditions - even when there's only himself and a select few. Though, the orc has also interwined the beliefs of other races into his own views, creating a unique set of beliefs that the orc follows.
The Deadkeeper Clan is an old yet extremely small clan of orcs that came from Zadh-Nadrozz. The clan itself focuses on performing funeral rites, healing, and eliminating undead. These orcs are typically recogniseable from the blue line tattoos on their bodies, and their clan’s symbol on their back, gained from completing three trials: Performing a funeral rite, killing an undead, and meditating to the ancestors for a whole day. However, due to the events of the Dark Affliction (The rotting plague), many Deadkeeper orcs perished as they were responsible for tending to the deceased and ultimately died from the plague themselves. Thus the clan has fallen from public knowledge and not as strong as they once were.

The clan follow ancestorship but not the form that most orcs follow - as they do not agree with the main religion’s beliefs of Zadh-Nadrozz. Instead of worshipping and looking up to Zodagh and Makzub, the Deadkeeper Clan followed the old ways of the Azdhug since the clan’s founding. The clan believes that true strength and knowledge comes from those who came before, for they experienced life before and can grant immense guidance - not two deities who may not have experienced life like they have. All souls in Eden will pass on to Badozgh and may potentially become Azdhug, should they be deemed honourable and capable of becoming such. Even if they are not an orc or a goblin, their souls go there and they too have the chance to stay there. If not considered worthy, they are instead reincarnated to try and live a better life again - or sent towards the afterlife of their respective race if not an orc or goblin.

Yet those brought back from the dead by necromancy are seen as spirits who were captured when venturing in Badozgh, souls damned to undead and unable to be free. Thus the Deadkeeper clan believe that it is their duty to hunt down the undead so that they can free the trapped souls, sending them back to Badozgh so they can resume their duty. The Deadkeepers do not hunt down the living, due to their focus on that of the dead. They also see the value in the living and that all lives die eventually, in some way. They acknowledge that it is not their role to hasten the death of another living being, unless it is in self defence or for survival. Should they kill someone because of their situation, a Deadkeeper orc will always ensure they are given their final rites and burial.

The Deadkeeper clan are said to be connected closely to the Azdhug, serving as their ‘living mouths’ and being able to pass on their guidance to others. Thus they often reach out to their ancestors through meditating to hear their ancestors and pass on what wisdom or guidance they can give themself or to others. The clan also makes sure that any who perish receive their proper funeral rights, from the traditional orcish funerals to that of other races. They are typically orcs who do end up wandering the lands, seeing that their duties will take them beyond the mountain. The Deadkeepers believe that in performing their duties and being honourable to the living, they too will be more likely to become Azdhug.
