Player Announcement To the Halfling King from the Lla'vitlir

A simple letter sent with the seal of the Lla'titlir [General] of the Dominion.

To a Filo I do not know yet. I happen to be the currently acting
Ll'avirtlr to the Dominion, Ze'lli, or as you've heard my name;
"Ethirion."

I have spoken to the Therr'cill and ask you of one thing for the
defense of the Dominion. Your Halflings willing to go to war. I
Only ask as soldiers are needed but, in the opinion of myself, I
will only ask of them scouts and skirmishes. And at the last cooks
and just supplies from your lands your Therri'cill has bestowed
upon yourself. A nation is lead on its stomach. All I ask is either
some conscripts of your Halfing Realm to the army of the Dominion
or your support on feeding her stomach so our forces are never
without support as they go. And I promise you I will not force
your hand nor do I mean to insult you with this letter- It is an ask
from a fellow Councilman.

"Hello Stranger, for I've never heard of you,
I am in the process of reviving a culture and recruiting people to my cause. We do not have troops to spare as our protection is from the Azari themselves.We also do not have many supplies to offer as we are just settling on these lands after decades of not being here. I am out tilling the lands, to grow food for my people. I am out mining the mines to get us resources, I am doing everything I can to settle my people into here with an advantage, not a disadvantage. I hope you understand what you ask simply at this time cannot be supplied as the manpower does not exist.

However,as a sign of good faith what I can do is, I can donate andro to the cause to assure that your troops can buy supplies from your allies or merchants elsewhere. Please let me know where to send the money to.

The coin you offered in your previous letter has been
much appreciated but at this time the Therri'cill has
insisted you keep it for your own needs for the days
to come.

Though there were questions raised with your title of
"The King of the Halflings" as the Dominion does not
recognize the title. The Therri'cill has offered you to
rather take the title of, "Tericyees." If you wish for a
further explaination of the title you may write to
the Council or come to Luminion to pursue your
questions.

Azari'cill who respect the Therri'cill of Theris.

A visit is to be paid to your lands. I suggest you
make proper accords to welcomed a King and
General to your accomodations to discuss this
this matter further.
