[!] The following declaration is sent to the court of each nation in the realm of Eden, a declaration of intent from the Supreme Chancellor himself in the wake of the transition in leadership.

To the Nations of Eden,

This declaration, in addition to the story told by many regarding the events of today, may come as a shock to the civilized peoples of Eden. Indeed, a transition and great metamorphosis has come to the lands of Hadriana, though much to the chagrin of our detractors, it is not the product of a ‘band of murderers’ or whatever contrived moniker the rebellious and absent nobles would like to claim. Instead, the transition of today is a result of careful political consideration, in response to the disrespectful and dismissive stance of the Kaiser and his family.

It would take far more in parchment to describe in detail the slights of the supposed royal family, so I will dispense with the explanatory polemic to declare the intent of the Imperium going forward.

First, the Imperium wishes to maintain the status quo with the nations of Eden. Our relations to Luminion, though shaky perhaps in the past, are a prized part of our diplomatic vision. We continue to hope that friendly relations with the Luminion government will bring ever more prosperity for both peoples. Furthermore, we wish to establish better and tighter relations with the other states, whom perhaps we have not sent diplomats to in the past. The absentee Kaiser, the robber Kaiser, the Kaiser who plunders his own troops for his own gain, neglected his diplomatic duties on a frequent basis, traveling of course to vacation with the nobles who now seek to reestablish their former comfort. Diplomacy thus, is our foremost goal in establishing stability in relations with foreign powers, and we invite the diplomats of other courts to, in due haste, organize meetings with the Supreme Chancellor.

Second, the Imperium wishes to once again reiterate the call for the nobles and former royal family members to swear loyalty to the Imperium, to continue the goal of stability in Hadrianna. These rash statements will be forgiven, for all nobles who are willing to see reason and establish their place in the new order of things. A fractured society is one that will only see the people suffer. Concede to the wishes of the people, who, along with the legion, made their voices clear in removing the Kaiser before he could inflict any more harm upon the society.

Third, the Imperium wishes to continue in its intent to begin peace negotiations with Raevendrecht. The war has taken much, and the Imperium government will formally extend an offer to begin such talks.

As a final word of note. I have already received the rebellious declaration from a once prominent house in the politics of Hadrianna. While it is curious that a noble absent for so long now seeks a return from his retirement in the form of selfish power grabbing, we are not as bloodthirsty as to grant the request of the once respectable noble family. Instead, we offer but one chance to swear loyalty and join the Imperium, to forgo violence and sedition against the people of the Empire said noble has abandoned, and to join the government in forging a new path forward for the citizens of Hadrianna.

Sine Verrador
Supreme Chancellor

Lily would skim over the paper her eye locked on a few keywords as she shakes her head never having fully agreed with the man but surely didn't like the idea of overthrowing him.
"He was old fools, you should simply have waited a year or so more he would have retired.." She then gave a disappointed sigh mostly over the fact no mention of their previous deal with Hadriana was there
