"Halflings, a few years ago I wrote of our rebirth in the empire. I wrote of an oppertunity to unite us, as one, to have culture and religion at our doorstep. Some came to the calling, only to feel disappointed by the political aspect behind it all. Others, didn't answer the call at all. And for this, I do not blame you.
In history, our founding really goes back to what Otto Lothran started, a foundation in Aestarius which was formed between the Azari and our people. Throughout history that treaty stood firm, and today I am pleased to announce it as been renewed.Aestarius is home to the halflings once again, as it has long been. I have seen the town myself, built houses, farm land, stables. A land where our kind is respected, a land where we can form religion without persecution and a land where protection is guaranteed.
My brothers and sisters, my creed, I call you to Aestarius. Let us start anew and bring our people together. Let us start history, together. As your King I promise you, if you put your trust in me I will do my best to serve you as much as we serve each other. We are a community, lets join together.
