To those involved with this order,

Prince Hugo Aleksander von Lichtenfelts has recently fallen for the seductive influences of the ladies of Bergwood and family the Ruiter. They have through reckless action uprooted the Imperial established order and through that directly brought insult to the Imperial Household and his Imperial Majesty, Diederick-Göbel von Lichtenfelts himself besides possibly yet still unconfirmed, House de Ruiter. By not concerning themselves with the opinions of the head of the household but instead giving in to their personal depravities, the proposed marriage is hereby dissolved and void by royal decree until further notice.

This further notice is to come once Prinz Hugo has proven himself worthy of being with a woman. He is hereby ordered to enlist with the Order of the Golden Rose to undergo a knight's training. He is banned from politics and his titles hold no significance until this training is complete. He may not marry or father children. Ignoring this order will make this punishment permanent in addition to a banishment to Anjyarr and castration.

I trust the involved parties to treat this situation with the required care and ensure the degenerate prince keeps to his new ways.
Once he was learnt the meaning of respect and discipline as a knight of the Golden Rose, his transgressions against the crown will be forgiven.

Signed,

The Duchess of Bergwood would place the letter down on her desk, keeping it to share with her father later. She narrowed her eyes at the words "My foolish sister" Anne hissed at the letter, clearly still upset with the shenanigans of her oldest sister. Recalling what she had done to her as well "What is wrong with people rushing everything these days... And trying to ruin our family's reputation in the process" the young Duchess shook her head in disappointment, then going to deliver the letter to the head of the family, John de Ruiter. She felt truly betrayed by her sister's foolish actions.

John reads through the notice, his expression shifting stiff as he tosses it aside. "Damn nobles . ."
