Friends, Citizens, Allies, Brothers-in-arms, lend me your ears.

The Hadrian Empire has finally capitulated after the recent death of the late Kaiser Wilhelm. It's time to lay down your arms. We've proven to them, and to all of Eden, that the Highland Freestate will not bow to any raving madmen feeling insecure about the size of their empires. The Hadrians wanted a swift victory, and despite the worst conditions we were able to give them the opposite. We persevered at every turn and exhausted their will to fight despite the terrible losses we endured in the open fields of battle and the lightning-fast raids that occurred all throughout the North.

To whoever is reading this, no matter who you are, you're all stronger than you realize. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I implore you all to make peace with the new government and give them a chance to prove their worth.
