Rule 1: The guild is underneath the jurisdiction of the Freestate. All of Raevendrecht's laws and statutes are to be followed in addition to our own. If any of these laws are broken, disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with the law broken, including termination of employment.
Rule 2: All guild members will be treated with the same respect as citizens of the Freestate. Any violation of their rights will result in disciplinary action within the guild, and potentially criminal charges against the nation itself.
Rule 3: In times of need, you are implored to volunteer to help defend Raevendrecht in a war or other conflict. This position is not required but heavily recommended.
Rule 4: We are NOT to have any affiliation with any politics outside of those belonging to Raevendrecht and the Freestate. For example, we will not be partisans in matters related to Luminion, Hadriana, or any of the other nations or settlements. However, we can and will ally with other guilds outside of the Freestate when it benefits us.
Rule 5: Espionage amongst the various guilds falls under political affiliation and is strictly forbidden. If anyone in the Black Lotus is found to be a spy, regardless of whose side they're on, they will be immediately terminated from the Guild and, depending on the circumstances, criminal charges may be filed. We're here to hunt monsters and defend the people of the Highland Freestate, not commit espionage against anyone outside of it.
Rule 6: Punishments within the guild can include, but are not limited to, private reprimanding, public reprimanding in front of the Guild, docking of pay, termination of employment, and potentially even criminal charges in accordance with the Freestate's laws and regulations.
Rule 7: Any and all supporters of the Bone Lord are to be immediately terminated and reported to the Grand Army. If someone is found out to be a voidal mage and is NOT a supporter of the Bone Lord then a situation may be worked out at the discretion of the Guildmasters.
