How It Works
If you wish to send a letter to a friend (or enemy, we don't judge), the first step is to get a writable book. On the first page, provide the following information as so:
Next, after signing your book (don't forget!), bring your book to the nearest post office and leave your payment with the postmaster on duty (there will be a sign in case they are not online). Within just a few short IC days, your letter will be delivered to the designated recipient, or if they cannot be found, back to you.

The Luminion Post
The Luminion Post is a convenient and easy to use courier service with its founding office found in in Luminion. It offers an easy, convenient, and inexpensive IC manner of sending letters and packages anywhere in the world.

Tips and Tricks
- Have a package to send as well? Below the recipient, describe the package in a way that the courier will be able to identify it. OOC markings are perfectly fine!
- Examples: "Include iron sword 'Soulcrusher'" or "Include 3x cake"
- If the item cannot be found, the letter will be delivered without the item!
- Just sending an item but not a letter? Make a book with just the first page!
- Need more than one page for postmaster directions? On a line on its own, include the text "PMN," short for "Postmaster, next page". Color applied to make it more visible in the thread, no need to color it in the book.
- You can include postmaster or courier instructions! Examples include:
- "Leave in mailbox" or "leave on back porch"
- "Delivery receipt requested" - the postmaster will send you a letter indicating the package or letter was successfully delivered.
- Do you want to be secretive? Don't include your return address!
- If your letter or item cannot be delivered, the letter will be held in the local post office for a week. Letters will be destroyed, items will be auctioned.
- The Luminion Post does not offer "mail blast" service. We will not deliver identical copies of letters to every residence and business in a city.
- The Luminion Post does not offer freight service. Bulk cargo or very heavy items should be shipped elsewhere.
- The Luminion Post does not read your mail. We will open the first page of your book and any other designated pages only.
