As of right now, players have a hard time contacting event team members. Loremasters often receive questions concerning events they have no clue of - therefore I suggest the following additions:
In my opinion, this would be a lot easier than the current system where players are supposed to send messages to or ask in chat for Event Team members.
- Add Event Team to the /requeststaff command - This will enable players to directly request an Event Team member when finding something event related.
- Add an option for players to open Event Team tickets on the support discord, so that players who want to plan events or have questions can talk & discuss to Event Team even when no Event Team member is online on the server.
