History

The family Erd'ale, or Leaftale in the common tongue is one of low importance when first looked upon it, but an important religious family when it comes to the religion of Feaeism. The family has been honoring the Spirits and ways of Nature since the Age of fallen spires, when they settled inside Myln Arbor. They have lived of hunting and farming inside the forest, sustaining themselves. The family would build great structures, open to the wilderness with statues of great, honored White Spirits. They made songs, which they wrote and sang. Most other families left, as the Azari'cerr of Mitrona were not happy they did not follow their worship of their god Kharash. The eldest of the family is now believed to have the ability to talk to the Spirits.

But the first Family Elder would not be chosen until after the Age of Fallen Spire when Cael'enn, a Mitronian soldier retired after the Azari'lunn were expelled from the Glade. Together with his younger brothers he built the family house around the religuous circle, now a ruin. These brothers would eventually all get married and have children. Cael'enn himself would get a child, and he would be the oldest of his cousins, destined to become the next family elder eventually. His name was Cel'err. He would study and master herbology, something the family was quite proficienced in, together with spiritual and ritualistic arts.

After his father died, Cel'err would study further under the guidance of his uncle, who now was the Family Elder. And thus he did not become a Family Elder until the age of 250 when his uncle passed away peaecfully. He lived long and prosperous, even convincing other families of retiring into the deep forest and start following the ways of Nature and the words of the Spirits. But his youngest son died when he wandered off into the deep forest. His nephew, Fel'err, son of one of his brothers, became the new Family Elder. He spread the religion to far places, and even came into contact with the tieflings who would later make their wandering city of Nous.

The family would uncover many mysteries of herbology, and a lot of the family members would become a great and famed professor in the Mitronian college. Overall the family blossomed under Fel'err. His son, Frey'err would continue his father's work and spread the religion, causing many families to turn to Feaeism. But feaeism itself had changed a lot, as it became a mere branch of the Pantheon because it was way more popular. Frey'err believed the spirits were created by Kharash, and served him while protecting his forest.

The next generation would exist out of strong warriors, each leaving and moving to Mitrona to gain careers of strong soldiers. Frey'err's oldest son would be Freyr, a strong warrior that wanted to be part of the Mitrona military and climb up the ranks to a Tricilus, rather than staying for the religuous ceremonies. So not much happened during his time as Family Elder, and eventually he died pretty young like his brothers. So for the first time, a woman would become the Family Elder. It was the youngest sister of Freyr, Feay.

She would attempt to bring the old beliefs back, after she saw Freyr fail to do that. She did well, establishing the religion back into the family. But she would only have two children, the oldest Hypir, and the youngest Hythis. Hythis was all about adventuring and leaving the forest, while Hypir would stay to learn and take over the job of his mother when she died, which eventually happened. Hypir would only have one child with an unknown female, Hythor. Hythis would also get children with his wife Rhea. They were Tethys, Realynn and Mythlinn. Mythlinn died young, as he was an easy prey for the wolves when he walked into the forest alone. Realynn would marry Céus, and they would have three children.

Crius which is the eldest and a twin, Reay and Mythlinn. Realynn would call her youngest son after her brother that she lost. Céus died short after, and thus Crius became the hunter of the family, going out into the woods. The eldest daugther of Hythis, Tethys would marry Létar and have two children, Pallar and Themis. But Themis' father would be an Azari'cill which who she had a short affair with. But this Azari'cill would be unknown.

Hythis would find and retrieve two ancient songs from old ruins, scattered around the world, made by ancient families that left Myln Arbor long ago. He would sing one of them, which would have been made by worshippers of the Black spirits, and he died short after because of the Rotting Plague. Hypir cursed the words, but Themis would eventually sing them, thinking she would lift the curse. This resulted in her being banished from the family grounds.

When Hypir died, Hythor became Family Elder. For the rest of the family, they would eventually leave their home behind and leave the forest after the forest would be overrun and infested by spiders, dividing their family. Hythor would eventually find Crius, who searched for Themis ever since she was forced to leave home, and the three of them would go north to settle in Avalheim. Here, Hythor brought the religion onto the people of the town again, and a more ancient form was born again on the Wyrm Islands.
