Festival of the moon

A letter was sent out to people across Eden. I was sealed with red wax and had a wolf paw stamp on it.
"We have chosen to open our doors for this year's festival of the moon. We want to invite people across Eden to come by and have a look inside our town. We will have the tavern open most of the day and also later on around midnight we will hold a feast in the grand hall. We have left a book outside on the town square for everyone to write in, this book is meant for you to write what you wish for the year to come, and then we will reopen this book for everyone next year alongside a new book for your wishes for the next year at that time."
Plan of the day
1: Introduction and a warm welcome to the town
2: Drink in the tavern and have a bit of talking
3: Wood carvings, the one that carves the best carving wins something
4: We will place the book outside for people to start writing!
5: The takedown of our Christmas tree at least the decorations
6: We will be playing hide and seek on the Island if you wanna join in, might also have a price
7: The grand feast
8: A warm goodbye and moving of tables in the townhall so people can dance and enjoy the night if they so wish
"We hope to see you all there and we also offer a room for people to stay in"
