Praise be to GOD and the Alder,
Kanzler Verrador has announced that the period of interregnum, following the removal of the Lichtenfelt family from the hinterland of Attia, will soon be ending. Kanzler Verrador has found one fit to lead the legions of man, and I, as acting Patriarch and Bishop of Adelsburg, have chosen to confirm him, according to the will of the Alder.
Volronus, who has lived amongst the High Elves, will be crowned Prince-Elector by myself in Saint Onnodrith’s Church in Adelsburg, under the sight of Holy GOD and his chosen Attian people.

Concerning governance and the positions therein,
The Imperial Diet will replace the Senate as a deliberative body, in charge of advising and submitting proposals to the Prince Elector. Nobles will be granted high stature in the Diet, as will prominent civil servants and clergymen. Prominent civil servants are granted stature by the Prince Elector and can be voted in by sponsorship by one of the Diet members.
Under the Imperial Diet, several positions of note are established. The Master of Coin position will be held by Cain Eldrik, who is charged with oversight over the Empire’s funds. The Master of Laws will be charged with adjudicating criminal and civil disputes, the position being granted to Vilmar Arendt.
The military of the Electoral Imperium, and all of its commensurate authority, will be established with the office of the First Sword, an office held by Lucius Valentinus. Under the charge of the First Sword sit the Knight-Captains and Lord Inquisitor. The Lord Inquisitor’s position will be granted to Tom of Adelsburg, who will be charged with the internal security of the realm against her enemies.

Concerning foreign relations,
The Electorate Imperium of Hadria recognizes its essential role in combating the forces of The Void, as established by the Alder. To this end, the Prince Elector has chosen to recommit the nation to that eternal mandate. May all good peoples of Eden stand with his eminence in that goal.
Pursuant to this goal, the Electorate Imperium recommits itself to all treaties negotiated by the Supreme Chancellor and his diplomat.
