IMPERIAL DIPLOMACY ACT

It has come to the crown's attention that as of recently, there has been a great deal of confusion regarding diplomatic missions by supposed Imperial diplomats. Therefore the crown feels the need to clarify and streamline the diplomatic ways through which the Empire operates.
The following clarifications are to come into immediate effect:

It has come to the crown's attention that as of recently, there has been a great deal of confusion regarding diplomatic missions by supposed Imperial diplomats. Therefore the crown feels the need to clarify and streamline the diplomatic ways through which the Empire operates.
The following clarifications are to come into immediate effect:
- To forge a treaty with the Hadrian Empire as a nation-state, foreign diplomats may only deal directly with Imperial Diplomats from Adelsburg.
- Individual treaties between duchies and foreign states are to be declared void.
- Individual treaties between individuals and foreign states are to be declared void.
- Anyone misusing the Imperial Seal, that being the sigil of House von Lichtenfelts to forge false treaties is to be trialed and brought to death by hanging if found guilty of forgery or fraud.
- Individuals or Imperial Provinces are allowed to forge regional treaties with other provinces or foreign states under certain circumstances.
- Any treaty involving a foreign party is to be approved by the crown and/or Imperial Diet.
- Internal Imperial Treaties may be forged without approval from the crown and/or Diet.
